  1. I like this idea. I also like that I'm lazy as all hell, but as Hilda said Super Staff Bros. is meant to be broken. Just about all of the ones I read should probably be buffed. %Mystic Sheep (Heracross) @ Liechi Berry Ability: Speed Boost Reversal Endure Stone Edge Mystichorn -- (Physical Bug type 120 base power 85% accuracy with an added baton pass effect). On entering/start of turn (can't remember which one it is): Do I see a double post? On using Mystichorn: For the Mystic nation! On death: That's a count of major disrespect if ever I saw one.
  2. No Vinny! Don't go! You'd just returned! Also hey there. Welcome back.
  3. Sheep

    hi

me too Welcome back person that I wish I knew but don't.
  4. I wasn't aware that field affects were obligated to make dramatic changes to the way the game plays. Wasn't it initially just something to involve the environment, whether those interactions were big or small? Something about an indoors field where the only change was a limit on flying and levitation. Pretty sure that's for good.
  5. For topics in the wasteland, they're often by nature things that are never really resolved so I take a more relaxed attitude there too.
  6. Heh, that might come close if I wasn't so infallibly confident in the fact that that statement is false. Nice try though. Hmm... maybe if we add 1.
  7. Note to self: learn to read you dope.
  8. Isn't it supposed to precede tragedy rather than the other way around though?
  9. Yeah it's pretty public knowledge that Typhlosion is great for that fight. I personally think it's great in general, which is why I've been using that line since the start of my first playthrough but hey. Personally I actually prefer it when you win by the skin of your teeth, only one pokemon left standing at the end and it's pretty beat up. That's when you know you had to fight for that badge.
  10. Can't speak for anyone else but I can tell you that I, as a forum regular, don't play this game in between episodes. I go and do other things instead.
  11. Let me just post some proofs up in here: Xatu Night Shade vs. 252 HP Dome: ∞-∞(∞% - ∞%) -- guaranteed destruction after Leftovers recovery 'cause you can't comprehend it's level. 252 Atk Heracross Megahorn vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Giratina: 999999999-1000000000 (198412698.2% - 198412698.4%) -- guaranteed massacre after Leftovers recovery. Note the tight cluster of min max damage 'cause Heracross has got precision on lock. Additionally bear in mind that this is a resisted hit. 0- SpA God Orb Weavile Surf vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Goomy: Too damn high-Even higher (Numbers cannot describe% - Death%) -- guaranteed OHKO. This is also a resisted hit, with a negative nature no less.
  12. But can you really justify getting a better pokemon for free with literally no downsides to the situation all for the sake of player convenience? We shouldn't be handing out pokemon that can just slot right onto your team in no time and are better than the ones you've been using up 'til then. For every positive there needs to be an associated negative. Then it becomes up to the player to decide whether the positive is worth the negative, nothing of value should ever really be free.
  13. The holy trinity of a reborn from ages past: Xatu, Heracross, and Weavile. Each keeps one of the others in check through their mighty type advantages and harmony between these great powers is achieved.
  14. That's why they're called opinions. Though if you're trying to imply that not everyone's opinion is equally valuable you're plain wrong. Here at Reborn we value equality, so any particular person's vote is as important as anyone else's regardless of whether or not they choose to justify it.
  15. Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn. But outside of Pokemon, Fire Emblem, and Smash I don't really play Nintendo games.
  16. Team Aqua gives you a Ponyta and Carvanha, plus you get access to Buizel and Houndour much later. Team Magma gives you a Buizel and a Houndour, plus you get access to Ponyta and Carvanha much later. You can get Murkrow by going with either.
  17. Yeah you have to beat Noel before you can get the metal coat. He's the next gym leader.
  18. We should really swap the position of the status and search bars, then we'll find out if people have been putting their feels into the search.

wouldn't they realize it's the search bar and then type the same thing in the status bar??

@ Yash well yeah that's kind of the point. Right now we don't know how many people do that, which is why swapping it may or may not fix the issue.

  19. I still would have preferred my questions from earlier be answered but seeing as this has turned into a one part poll it's not really going to have any impact on my vote anymore so I may as well cast one. A 'cause I feel finding high leveled pre-evos just wandering around pretty unrealistic, and no amount of examples where it's actually happened is going to sway that. Examples of high leveled pre-evos doesn't make it any more realistic, they just prove that it's happened before.
