    This is typically how I play. I buy pokeballs when I need them, but that's not usually very often and I don't use healing items so I don't have a need for them. If you're skilled then it's really not that hard. In fact I guarantee it'll improve your competitive game.

    It could be that you can only get it at the start of the game. The event involves Shelly coming to see the Kricketot's trainer, so if you're past the point in the story at which you start to interact with Shelly then it's likely too late to do the event.

    This is correct but I seem to remember Charlotte being the highest of the three of them. Regardless all three were part of the "champion block."

    Tyranitar and a reliable method of obtaining Volcarona are probably the main ones I'm still holding out for.

    It actually does work very similar to flying press, explosion will change to being normal/electric type. The thing is that if you're immune to even one of the types then you're immune to the full thing. Also don't underestimate Kricketune. Spamming technician STAB boosted fury cutter on that thing will singlehandedly take you past the first couple of gyms. Emolga can probably take it but nothing else can.

    Lin's all but confirmed to be the champion in my mind purely from the fact that she was the first champion of the real reborn league. The second season (I think) had Amaria as champion but we already know she's the water type gym leader, and the third season didn't have a champion. Therefore by far the most likely candidate for champion is Lin.

    Nah mate, Ark said earlier that you got permission to use them. That means you can use them, no-ones complaining about that. If they still are then they shouldn't be.
