No there isn't sadly. They're for use on the showdown server, or anywhere else that you might need a sprite for. I guess you could do it with image editing software though.

Nah sorry, there's no way to implement them in the game unless you want to make the entire sprite yourself. They're mainly just for personal customization, create "you" rather than some generic trainer alongside your team of pokemon for your trainer card.

That's why I'm buying up all of the CEs. I'm not planning on using Nobunaga though so after that I'll be moving onto hearts. Need 15 of those to upgrade Jeanne's revelations skill and damned if I'm grinding them.

Surely that's a sacrifice that doesn't even need to be made? Why not lobby for delaying access to the Heracronite and Pinsirite along with receiving a mega ring in the near future?

The TM for Drain Punch will not be added as the TM list for Reborn is going to be the same as the one for 6th gen. It's highly unlikely that items like the Focus Sash will be modified for more than one use because as far as most things go, Reborn is trying to stay as similar to the canonical pokemon games as possible. Life Orb is something I won't help you with because I disagree with the use of the exploit you need to get it. I'm sure you'll find someone else willing to explain it to you though.
