It's not where you rescue Luna, it's where you fight the Ditto Arceus. You can find it at the top of the tower as a wild encounter.

I'm with Swarm, 20's in the important stats for the specific pokemon and try to avoid single digits unless the stat doesn't matter at all. Past that I don't care much.

What a legend. \o/ Anyway it's about time I got back to doing this, welcome. I'm trying to think of all the old jokes we used to say but I'm coming up blank. Still, I love Lilligant (2nd favorite pokemon), I love Escavalier, I love Type Moon (and have checked out most if not all of the major works), I love Kara no Kyoukai, and it seems like we'll get along well. Welcome to reborn.

Probably the biggest asset for me would be the fact that every pokemon will be obtainable, and each canonical starter (minus pikachu) is obtainable as a starter. Other than that it's the way that you're given no choice but to use weaker pokemon in the early game, really helps you find some gems among the less viable crowd.

Me If I'm not allowed that answer then I'd probably go Vinny, Dan, Jericho, and Hunter, or if ex members count Fezzdog can be thrown in there as well.

It can be found imitating the Murkrow in the Magma hideout, the Zigzagoon in the Lower Obsidia Ward alleyway, and the Zangoose in one of the other alleys. Sadly I don't remember the weather conditions or time of day required either but try a few things out.

EV training at the start, or finish the game first?

Yeah, that's probably the best way to play. If you want to EV train after that then it's easy, but until that point it's going to be very tedious. -
When I played episode 15 I did this exact event between defeating Luna and going to Agate. It was locked before Luna but I definitely went into Agate with a Metagross. I also recommended that this event be delayed until after returning from Agate so maybe that was acted on in a future release like 15.2 or something.

When I played through episode 15 I could get Beldum right after beating Luna. Not before, but it was still possible before going to Agate. Did a new patch get released that changed this or something?

Preliminary advice I can give you is that you need to climb really high. You'll need waterfall, surf, and dive.

Go home Chimera, you're drunk. If you think boost spamming with that much health left is a good idea then I'm gonna teach you otherwise. Also, as a side note it did so much boosting that there was no room left on the bar for it.

My vote goes to Honchkrow. If power's what you want then it's got it in spades.

I know it's a pretty old discussion but last I knew there were about 5 different locations that Lillipup could be found but you only need to go to 3 of them. The last one is always the Onyx ward and which others you get are randomized. Anyway Chubb, dunno if anyone else has asked but do you want this pinned? It'd probably be useful.

I might be misunderstanding you but I don't have any problem with early move tutors so long as the moves they provide are the sorts of moves that are balanced for the early game. Obviously not stuff like the elemental punches and outrage, but things like electroweb and heal bell should be fine.
