its been five years since I posted my arcanine and promised id get back to growlithe and I still havent done so. and I most likely wont be getting back to it soon enough, so im gonna withdraw on making growlithe. for reference, this is the shiny arcanine I made. feel free to start arcanine from scratch again if you got a different idea, though. sorry for the inconvenience.

you have to specify on your trainer card which type of hidden power type youre using

it doesnt even have to be limited to 4-5 different teams, they can easily change around some moves/items/whatnot to counter your mons. though its able to work around that. have mons that can fit in different roles, ones that can be flexible in their sets, because the leaders cant see which items/abilities/evs you put on them, I guess.

@Lugruf your team is VERY focused on singles, which may be abused by the leaders. as in, they may go for doubles/triples more frequently when battling you. the earthquake attacks of your excadrill and garchomp are threats to your teammates as well in doubles- you have no ground resists/immunities, not to mention that half of your team is weak to earthquake and greninja wont be able to reliably bulk earthquakes either. if you want to go through with this team, may I suggest putting protect on some of your earthquake-weak pokemon? maybe this feedback is really focused towards doubles/triples, and most gym battles happen to be singles, but its likely a good idea to be prepared for it either way.
