      I'll meet you halfway, Bulba is the best gen 1 starter. Infernape and Primarina still outclass it IMO

    charmander, charmeleon, vulpix, growlithe, magmar, cyndaquil, quilava, slugma, magby, torchic, combusken, numel, chimchar, monferno, rotom-heat, fletchinder, litten, torracat, incineroar, oricorio-baile, salandit, salazzle, blacephalon and marowak-alola also cannot learn solar beam. main reason why sylveon is my second favorite eeveelution, which still doesnt mean I like it. I just recognize that it can put in work with stab pixilate hyper voice, and I will consider using it if need be. same goes for umbreon and especially vaporeon, but massively fuck every other eeveelution, especially glaceon.

    I dont recall this being a thing in the case of cyndaquil, mainly because cyndaquil was the most boring pokemon ash had during his johto journey. charizard had that backstory, infernape had it, pignite had it, litten had it. theres also talonflame but its a regional bird which usually equals to not having a character, so fuck that noise.

      so I have no idea whether se7en has that heightened shiny rate, but seeing as I have literally never encountered a shiny in se7en before, im going to guess it doesnt and I just encountered a fucking shiny on route 1.

    depending on the game. feebas has gotten progressively easier to encounter. attempting to catch a feebas in rse was straight-up hard. dppt was even worse- that was downright terrifying. please no. the ralts line got everything and even more than they deserve already, we do not need kirlia to become eevee 2.0.
