As he was equipping himself his chestplate at least where his keystone is, he thought "Father, wherever you are, bless me." When he was finished, he exited barracks and headed for the Entrance Hall where the Chancellor was. When he entered the beautiful hall, he noticed General Celeste and an bounty hunter. Dragan approached the Chancellor and saluted while spoke "Captain Dragan Rader reporting for duty!"
