    I have a nice refute for Luigi is braindead. Take a look at Mario, he is even more braindead. I mean d-throw u-tilt x3 up-air, up-air and up b. Nearly easy 60% in one d-throw.

      delete the CPU one, usually those are only useful when you see the CPU do a thing, i had a CPU Perfect Pivot vs me earlier and saved it

    The more I practice my Luigi combos, the damage output increase. Just broken the 42% limit if DI is poor.
