Generally, I'll take Sub over the Dub, but there are the exceptions like mentioned above. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Boku Wa Tomodachi are another two that I actually liked the dub more, but both were fine in their own aspects.

Yea, the only thing we got that affects breeding is the Everstone. That being said, Sonikku pointed out the ones that you could use. You could also pair them up and try to breed for even better IV ones. I'm gonna assume you already checked out Etesian's Breeding Guide / Recommendable Sets to speed up the process right?

I would take Vivillon over Butterfree, but I do have to admit both are good early-game.

Change Ampharos's ability from Plus to Static if you can get it.

Actually pyrro, Scraggy isn't available til around the time you get to Shade like SkyRunner pointed out. You need the Dull Key, which requires you to gain access to the Underground Railnet as well as have the HM Strength. Majin, you're better off just getting a Hariyama and using that instead of the Pangoro. To get a Makuhita, just go into the Obsidia Slums and just run around til you encounter one.
