You can only encounter them during the day or morning. If your time is in within one of those time-frames, I would just say it is just bad luck for ya and just keep trying to find it.

Yea you do. You should just wait til after you get Gothita to turn in the book to the guy for the Blue Moon Ice Cream. Otherwise, you'll either have to wait til Gothita or its other evolutionary lines becomes obtainable in some other way.

You probably will the need the book later, but you can give it to him as there is another place where you can get the Book again, which is in the Sherdian Wetlands.

I'm assuming you chose the option to save the Elder so I believe you have to talk to Elder again, who should be in the area still but in a different room. Once you talked to her, go back to Telia Town and go to Amber's house. -

Ask Vinny and he'll gush over how amazing Sneasel/Weavile is. But unfortunately, we don't have access to the Razor Claw so we can't evolve it. Once we do get it, it is a pretty solid mon and would recommend using it.

You should be using the Location Guide for questions if a mon is in the game or not instead of making a separate thread. But to answer your question, Scyther is not in the game and never was. The vendor for the Link Heart should be found in Route 3 during the day. And the only free Link Hearts I recall were in the Wetlands. EDIT: Maybe this calls for a thread specifically where you ask questions, just like in the On The Hunt Section.

Some of the mons that I bred so far. I have alot more but here are some of my favorite ones. Other shinies that I bred and/or training recently are Houndour, Gardevoir, Mismagius, Rotom-W, Braixen, Gyarados, Drilbur, Zangoose, Timburr, 2 Lucarios, Charmander, Shroomish and Cleffa.

Just spam "X" during the evolution Jyk. That's how it should evolve asfaik. Also Tuan, to activate the event, you need to go into the Beryl Cave and go all the way through it. I believe you need it to be a Windy Night when going there.
