With the update, Florinia no longer has a Poison type anymore (foongus) so Toxic Spikes is the best.

I suggest you first train all your Pokemans up to level 52, and give Noivern one or two Common Candies so it doesn't overlevel during the fight. Then,start the battle use one of your mons to disable cinccino (Noels opening mon) using paralysis, sleep, burn or confusion. If none of your mons can do that, just defeat Cinccino and disable the next one using a weak mon which can (by giving it a Focus Sash, Cinccino's multi-hit attacks ignore it). Then, have one of your mons use a boosting move (swords dance, dragons dance, calm mind) while healing any of its damages with some potions, then just sweep his team. Save beforehand and if you lose, just soft reset to the point before. If you fail a lot of times, you should probably get a Fighting or Rock type mon and level it to 50, then use it in the battle. Also, i recommend getting a total of 8/9 main pokes, and swap them around (that way, they won't overlevel like Noivern did and it also provides better type coverage). Good luck. What exactly is your team?

The best way to train is by fighting the Tauros at Route 1. There's a convenient healing spot nearby, and the Tauros are quite easy to beat, especially with Fighting type moves. If you don't have a good reason not to, you should evolve your Shinx. As far as i know Noel has the following pokemon: Cincinno (lead) - Has Skill link and Tail Slap, Rock Blast, Bullet Seed and a Hidden Power. very dangerous. Staraptor - A powerful attacker overall, not much i remember of him. Swellow - Uses its Guts ability along with a Burn Orb and Frustration. Can hit hard, but is taken out easily. PorygonZ - I has the download ability and special attacks. Make sure the download will boost his Attack, not his Sp. Attack. Clefable- I don't really remember anything of this mon. And one other mon i forgot. Good luck!

My speculation is that Sneasel will be available in the episode when we go to some sort of snowy mountain (which probably doesnt exist in Reborn anyway)

More specifically, get a pokemon in the cage as close as possible to the fence and get them to attack the fence. Use Abra to teleport the Pokemans around.
