I'm pretty sure it was like that during older versions (Like 2 and 3), but I can assure you it wasn't on Version 5 or 6. Jan probably changed it to avoid cluster, if he's using the same backup system Reborn has. Or just because he wanted. Although if you're on a Mac, the location should be on the Game Folder iirc

I now want to see an episode where a Miltank meets a group of normal cows. Would they respect the Miltank? How do the other cows react in front of Miltank? Is Miltank the senpai of all cows? While there is this, the game suggests that people do eat pokémon too, in fact. I don't need to mention the Magikarps in the anime, and mentions of Farfetch'd in game. After all, it shouldn't be too hard to kill a Farfetch'd (Sorry Hukuna). Same for Magikarp.

If you could see literally everything behind a pokémon, then you'd see it's just a Chatot that would be hacked in your game, to look like a trade. But to anyone unaware, it will look exactly the same.
