Also adopted was his older, biological sister, Lexis. Before he was even 1, they had decided to move to MossDeep city since one of his fathers had received a new job in Shoal Cave. Ryan was always a talkative and joking guy, constantly cracking hilarious or stupid puns and laying on the sass when he had to. On his 10th birthday, he was overjoyed to hear that he was to receive a present unlike any he had seen before. After finishing his birthday cake, he heard a scream and the lights went dark. A sudden chill ran down his spine as he began to scream for his family. The lights turned back on. He gazed around the house as he saw that it had turned into your stereotypical Winter Wonderland. Sitting in the biggest pillar of snow, was a Spheal. Laying down in a rather uncomfortable position was one of Ryan's fathers looking rather betrayed. With a quiet breath, he said, " Happy Birthday son." Ryan quickly ran into the snow and dove next to Spheal. He picked him and and spun him around, overjoyed to have his own pokemon. He named him Glacien. Over the years, Ryan and Glacien became incredibly close. On his 15th birthday, his parents told him he was accepted into Ymora Region's Pokemon Academy. He was overjoyed to be able to go and show off his bond with Glacien to trainer, breeders, and coordinators from all over the world. Sitting with Glacien, he took the ferry ride to Slateport before boarding his next ride to Ymora. And because I'm too lazy to describe the appearance, have this Team Reference

Yeah, contemplating my use of Gardevoir now too. She is probably my 3rd favorite pokemon but I don't want to use her if everyone else is. Might have to go reformat my team now :/ Sucks cause she was the one I wanted to center my team around.

Damnit, I wanted ralts as my second starter snap ;-; Anyway, this is my planned team: Gardevoir Sceptile Electivire Chandelure Walrein Scizor Hydreigon Aerodactyl Nidoking Snorlax As you probably notice, I have quite a few mega evolvable pokemon. I was wondering, are we restricted to only being able to mega evolve one pokemon? As in, if I get a mega stone for aerodactyl, but I already have one for sceptile, will I have to choose which one can mega evolve throughout my journey or can I switch freely throughout?

so by second starter, do you mean we get a normal starter pokemon day 1 but also get a second starter of most pokemon of our choice on day 2?

I think he said you can get goomy and beldum from the start so you could do mono steel. #gottalovemonosteel I already have my whole team planned out from beginning to end, all 10, hopefully i can get all of them though.
