Hardy's Gym is located in Agate City, and currently the sleeping signal is still going strong so it'd be completely out of logic to have him the next leader. That is; if there is sewers to actually go to.

Logically, yes. But I'm pretty sure no more people will die at this point.

Yeah she was really easy with the two Ninetales' Most psychic types can one-shot Kiki's Pokémon, and a good flying type can take care of Medicham. You must have not playing Serra in like, Episode 9, because with Brightpowder + SnowCloak, it was pretty difficult. And Staraptor wasn't take difficult because it takes insane Brave Bird recoil damage, Swellow's Guts + Facade it's really powerful.

Since you're about near Luna, head back to 7th street with a Heart Scale, and try to get either a Timid or Modest nature on Jolteon. Impish is really bad. For a moveset, maybe: -Shadow Ball -Volt Switch (?) -Discharge -Charge Beam I don't think it learns really good moves.

It probably has to do with the new thing Ame added, the instant teleport Tauros thing? Don't quote me on it. It becomes available at a certain point; don't know what though.
