Welcome, Creator_of_Lolz! Be sure to introduce yourself over at the Grand Hall. Like Etesian said, nothing is really special about 11, nothing is really different, you may be able to find someone with E11, but I really doubt it, most people only keep E9, 12, and 14..

Samson gave me a struggle at first because I didn't really have a counter to abuse his big-top arena, and my levels were a bit under as well because Luna is right before him, it's a Gym, New area, then Gym right away.
