You probably need PokéSnax to get Lotad to appear, that's the only reason I can think of why it won't appear if it's raining. -
To delete your attachments, go to Edit My Profile -> Manage Attachments Downloading the newest release, 14.6, fixes the Link Stone problem. Download that here.

That's because it can only evolve in the locked room in the back. You can't get the key to that room, the Yureyu Key, until after the 8th badge, so sit tight.

No pain, no gain. It's kind of the same way for older episodes when people tried training a Togepi. That thing gets metronome & ancient power as it's only /usable/ attacking moves until the Shiny Stone for Togekiss on Azurine Island. ;_;

Manectric is good throughout the game. Discharge completely shuts down Shade.

It's catch rate, which is 3; is the default capture rate for the normal games.

Don't worry about changing Delphox's ability; Blaze is better anyways because you already have a held item.

No one really "cheats", maybe sometimes people do, but most of us with RPG Maker use it to help others get un-stuck and to find out other glitches / errors with their save files.

Welcome to the Reborn forums, Dewese9, be sure to introduce yourself over at the Grand Hall. I'm not a competitive genius so I can't really help ya, but you posted this in the Pokémon Reborn Game section, and this was probably meant for Showdown or something of the sort. Be patient though, a moderator will move your thread into a better section so you can get the feedback you desire.

Well, maybe give the Assault Vest to someone bulky, like Seismitoad. Life Orb Noivern is more useful anyways because it's fast & hits harder; so maybe swap their items? Maybe you could switch Helioptile's ability, even though Dry Skin / Rain wouldn't be good for Typhlosion, I think it'd be more useful than Sand Veil.

Some people have RPG Maker, most of us use it to help people out with save file issues, like when they get stuck in walls, we can walk through them and stuff to move them back onto the maps, and therefore can enter the room / look at the events. And, since it'd be rude to Amethyst by spoiling what's inside the room / events not currently released yet, we, the people with RPG Maker, try not to spoil things to prevent outbursts.
