  1. Ironically, I hate him on the Wii U, mainly because of my controller's directional divots on the control and C sticks driving me nuts when I'm trying to do Tatsumakis and stuff. Ryu is actually the only character I like using the Game Pad for, and for that very reason. Maybe if I get a Pro Controller I'll enjoy him even more.
  2. FTFY Anyway, AP Sona is cool and all, but the girl needs some Cooldown reduction, yo. Athene's, Morello's, Harbinger, etc. That's what allows Sona to do her thing best.
  3. Easily DI'd out of by a lot of characters though. Good luck getting that against Roy or Wario or someone who has good air speed.
  4. Alright, here's my nitpicks. Ryu: At least as good as Villager. This was talked about at length before Dafuq why are Greninja and Ike B-? Especially Greninja. He didn't get nerfed that hard. Shulk should definitely be higher than C+. I think most people here can agree with that Marth and Lucina in low tier? That's really questionable, especially for Marth and his tipper smashes which kill at like 50%. Also has good options to wall out some of the cast. There's also Lucina who is very well balanced and can wall people out like Marth can, although she needs solid KO moves. Ganondorf I've already talked about. I did decipher the other day that reddit basically thinks that he's pretty much unchanged from Brawl, so his current standing is...sort of understandable. Should be between B- and C+ Zelda and Mewtwo are not D tier. They may be delicate, but they hit very hard and are devastating in the hands of someone who knows how to play them (I'm looking at Mael's Mewtwo), using a bait and punish playstyle to land their most potent moves. Link vs Toon Link? I think Link is better thanks to his obnoxious grab, but neither character is played very often at mid to high levels so idk. I feel some anti-Mac bias comes into play here. At high levels of play Little Mac is a monster. However it's the rotten apples of For Glory which hold him back from being about B where he should be, since he manhandles Captain Falcon, Sonic, Villager, Fox and arguably Diddy. Doc has skyrocketed in popularity recently so I expect him to be in the mid tiers soon with all the shit we've seen Doc players do. The looping combos aren't the problem with Sheik - it's the needles. They make it way harder to get onto her when people already had enough trouble with her speed. Being Transcendent, they also give her the option to camp her opponents. Luigi's still pretty damn good, I've seen gnarly stuff with him. Down B is surprisingly easy to combo into and KOs rather early as well. As for DK, cargo up toss to up air. Disposes all of the top tiers save Mario and Falcon at 75% or less if DK gets platforms to work with. Especially on Town and City's low ceiling.
  5. That came installed with the laptop and I got rid of it. Never bothered wiping it off my desktop.
  6. Anyone who knows me well will not be in the slightest surprised at this...
  7. My goodness, she's adorable. Kudos to sleppu for the great work~
  8. In case it wasn't made clear already, Runaan's does not proc Silver Bolts. Only the attack's main target. Also Sated Devourer is a high risk, low reward item on Vayne. Vayne can't clear camps fast enough, she loses a summoner spell, and really doesn't help her do more damage to squishies.
  9. And then you realized that unlike the other Championship skins, Championship Riven is Limited Edition and very well may never see the store again.
  10. The Little Mac stuff is better left to you anyway - was just leaving a montage full of funky combos.
  11. Tabis is probably best bet vs Yasuo. Also, against that team? Yeah, I'd say Iceborn first item, although I'm a fan of going Trinity Force instead most of the time.
  12. I question the game knowledge part, as the two seldom to hand in hand in any game, nevermind Smash Bros. For example the local Ganondorf main here, Ray Kalm, is just a huge wealth of information for both Sm4sh and Brawl. Game mechanics, music, characters' max HR distance, and most if not all matchups currently in the game. ZeRo is just far, far more practiced on the implementation of said skills.
  13. Peach isn't really underrated, but there definitely aren't enough Peach players. The only reborner I've ever heard of even touch Peach outside of random is Ame, for example. Peach's combos and edgeguards are obnoxious. However outside of her turnips she can't really reach that far, and she's a lighter-than-average character to boot. While it's true that she can control the neutral very well with her zoning, she kinda sucks when she's at a disadvantage almost regardless of who she faces (unless it's a turtling character like Palutena or Samus), which is why she has never been seen as a high tier pick. Also what Generalguy said - you gotta take what ZeRo says with a grain of salt. His knowledge of non-high-tier characters is indeed pretty limited
  14. I actually have, and it's not the worst; it's not, like, Xerath or something. You can imagine that she gets dominated by early-game/control junglers such as Shaco, Nunu and Lee Sin; however she has surprisingly good objective control despite her slow early clear speeds, and like mid lane Lux has that great late-game, and no problems stealing Dragon/Baron. Wouldn't try it in ranked though unless you're up against something else funky, like Jinx.
  15. On this episode of Shanco's Jungle Adventures...
  16. Oh damn. Thank you so much everyone. Means quite a bit. ♥ I just hope that for my birthday I finally get your permission to use that.
  17. He doesn't really know much about characters outside of the top tiers, and it showed when he got rekt by a Lucario in tournament last month.
  18. Morde still functions very well with the classic AP build with Gunblade, Deathcap, etc. With the changes Gunblade is very superior to WotA should you choose to go that path.

What shocks me is that there are people whose job is to commentate Sm4sh matches...

  20. That's not a surprise, and I don't blame them: - Darius had not been played professionally since 2013 EU LCS Summer Split - Garen had not been played since 2015 LPL spring split - Skarner had not been played since 2014 World Championship - Morde had not been played since 2015 LCK Winter Season They needed a lot of love, and that was just one reason why. Although those pathetic Attack speed growths on Darius are painful.
  21. I'd prefer not, he's alright where he is. Damage and mobility need to be very delicately balanced when put together, otherwise you get the Lucian that dominated most of season 4 as Kalista has dominated this season.
  22. Hadoukens do more damage than fully charged Needles, although I'm not sure how they interact as all of Sheik's specials have Transcendent Priority, meaning they beat the vast majority of moves and projectiles in the game no matter what. Sheik dominates the neutral in a lot of matchups, but Ryu is a much tougher cookie as she needs to approach against him unlike most. One hit and Sheik gets combo'd incredibly hard for a character of her weight because that's what Ryu does. Ryu makes trying to regain control of the neutral a painful experience, especially since she's a light character with questionable reach.
