Agreed with NasDav - that ain't support Kennen.

There really wasn't that much changed, imo...if your want to play him like old GP, then you still can. Oranges are still good and all the scalings are there (for the most part). The only change that he really got as far as gameplay goes is a new E spell that replaced...well it replaced nothing tbh. That spell had been reduced that much by the nerfs. He's got the movement speed and AD still, it's just been distributed to different areas of his kit (ex. AD portion into his passive and barrels, movement speed into passive and ultimate).

We don't have a good idea of who it might be, sadly. Personally, I doubt it's anyone who has attacked the server in the past. Why they do it? Who the hell knows. Could be a multitude of reasons, but in the end it wouldn't really make a difference what their motives were. An attack's still an attack, y'know.

This guy is better than Vex, I'd wager.

It's really not that bad, he's got trading power. He just has to land the death ray. He snowballs hella hard for a mage though.

The servers have never been in Los Angeles, as far as I know... I get an avg. of 80 ping right now on NA, and 55 on Latin America North (which is located in Florida). I'm intrigued to see what kind of ping I get to Chicago, since one of the regular Unreal Tournament servers that I play on is in Chicago, and I get 25 ping connected to that.

Smashboards, under the SSB4 character forums. Although discussion primarily revolves around talking about the character, many of them do discuss the game in general, as well as other things not pertaining to the game at all. There are some pros in these skype groups (such as CherubiKnight in Lucina's and Ryo in Ike's) who are super helpful to anyone who wants help improving their game.

They never were disabled. The bug was never found by us beta testers. It's much easier for the masses to stumble upon it.

Iirc Luke should only have Uthrow into Uair in certain situations and even then that relies on the opponent not DIing out of it.

I get the feeling that she'll have the Championship skin, but I can agree that one of those two is going to Kalista. Also, the new Arcade skin is on the PBE! And it's for... wait, seriously...? From my experiences, it's gotten a lot better. It's still not perfect, but it's definitely improved. The changes to player behavior rewards/punishments have a lot to do with it.
