      Shamitako

I'm sure it will come as no surprise to you that I misread that >_<

And apparently I'm not the only one

  2. I would join, but seeing as the mid lane competition is stiff as is...
  3. Here's a...well, interesting...video demonstrating a special spin tech with Marth. It's in Japanese. Oh, and don't have your speakers too high a volume.
  4. I've seen team tags up to 6 characters in length.
  5. Woops. Thunderstorm knocked out my power. Imma try again later. My bad.
  6. I shall be your opponent! Lookin to try new characters as well as improve my Lucina/Ganon/etc. FC: 4511-0701-9758
  7. Won't argue there, but there were a few diamonds in the rough. Chun-Li, Guile and Juri themes were all pretty good.
  8. Those two weren't nearly as popular/memorable as SSF2. The one I'm surprised was left out is Super Street Fighter IV...
  9. Curious about the new stages yet? Interested in seeing what music they have in store? Here's a list of "new" music that comes with each stage! Hyrule Castle 64 Hyrule Castle - The Legend of Zelda - Super Smash Bros. mix Hyrule Field - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - original Hyrule Field - The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - original Main Theme (The Legend of Zelda) - The Legend of Zelda - original Termina Field - The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - original *returns from Brawl (Pirate Ship) The Legend of Zelda Medley - The Legend of Zelda / A Link to the Past - New Arrangement by Taku Inoue Peach's Castle 64 Overworld Theme - Super Mario Bros. 3 - original Overworld Theme - Super Mario Bros. 2 - original *returns from Melee (Mushroom Kingdom II) Main Theme (Super Mario 64) - Super Mario 64 - New Arrangement by Hiroyuki Kawada Peach's Castle - Super Mario Bros. - Super Smash Bros. mix *returns from Melee (adventure mode cutscene) Slide / Rainbow Cruise - Super Mario 64 - original Here are the other stages that have already been released, as a recap...
  10. Indeed they did. They still have a ways to go before catching up to other more established organizations such as Cloud 9, Liquid and Evil Geniuses.
  11. I know somebody does...was it Inuki? Shing, maybe? Last Sheik I played was I think Dash. Last I heard Godot was practicing his as well.
  12. Yeppers, that's been a thing for a while. You can also do it with Morde and Yorick. It used to be a thing with Viktor. Not sure if it still is.
  13. Greninja's shuriken buffs along with that new down throw make him ass to fight. Marth and Lucina were big winners of the patch. The landing lag reduction is disgusting and it's true combo city For both of them. Shield breaker's end lag down makes it even harder to punish because can't block it, can't punish it as easily otherwise either. Gotta go deep against Marth now, although Lucina will destroy you if you try to do that and mess up.
  14. Aerial wizkick has never has been unless you're playing certain characters. Ganondorf has always done extensive shield damage with aerial Wizard's Foot, they added just a tiny bit more shield damage so that he could shield-stab on more of the cast, not just tall folk like Link and Captain Falcon. The Mario held the shield a little too long for it to be a realistic representation of a "real" scenario, but if you shield something like F-tilt then try to shield a Wizkick, it's gonna get broken. And if you're near the ledge...well then kiss your stock goodbye, everyone Toon Link's weight and below can get OHKO'd when near/at the edge. So, lesson of the day...don't hold shield against Ganon, he has ways around it. Or maybe through it. Dark Desire knows this very well. : ) EDIT: I think Samus is unchanged, but Mii Gunner got buffs
  15. Pyrrhon's Luigi is (IMO) the best opponent that Reborn has to offer, although Godot's Yoshi and Shing's Fox are pretty scary themselves. I dunno where my Ganon or Falcon ranks among the others, but I've bodied my fair share of people here with the King of Evil...although my play can be pretty inconsistent. Face Pyrrhon when he's playing anything else and...well...
  16. A number of people do - the first ones that come to mind are Frarpeto (Washman), Godot, Neo
  17. I don't really know about this...the way it works he can no longer combo into other things such as Grab as easily. However, the change in knockback angle does mean that it has a chance to trip opponents, which I guess is meant to fit with a character that wants to be somewhat lucky to succeed, as per gameplay thematic. At mid percentages however it becomes a somewhat more reliable combo setup.
  18. Patch 1.1.0 is out. Here's the notes on reddit, because doing all the notes on here proved to be way much more work than I anticipated. https://www.reddit.com/r/smashbros/comments/3f8hvn/the_v110_patch_changelist/
  19. The build is purely ARAM-specific to maximize Peacemaker damage as there is often a lack of safe autoattack opportunities between levels 6-10, even for Cait (and especially vs this team). Infinity Edge takes forever to farm up and you're not even using extensive amounts of autoattacks anyway. Thus this build scales better when your peacemaker is almost half of your damage; I had a BoRK because the enemy team was so tanky, otherwise I would have done BT or something. Manamune also allows Caitlyn to fire out a ton of Peacemakers with little to no fear of going OOM, and when transformed makes her ultimate hit like a frieght train. The Black Cleaver was actually more of an important item of the build pre-rework, but was still necessary to wear down the tanky enemy team.
  20. This enemy team was a pain in the ass to fight, it took them forever to die. We had 'em figured out eventually though.
  21. The new items are pretty interesting. Pox Arcana is a disgusting item on some champions, especially heavy AoE mages like Ziggs and Ahri.
  22. That pic is the only leak out of the bunch that looks kinda fake...Toon Link is too massive in proportion to the rest of the stage
  23. So the Japanese Smash Bros. twitter account tweeted out a picture of this and slated it for a July 31st (this Friday) release date... Other stuff coming this Friday includes a universal Mii costume (give 'em a Smash Bros. hoodie), a Chrom costume for Mii Swordfighter, and two, well...sorta new stages: Peach's Castle N64 and Hyrule Castle N64, with (assumingly) extra music for both versions. No announcements on forthcoming Fighters yet. This patch also includes the new Replay Sharing function, which will allow you to send your battles straight to YouTube as well as save the video file locally. The tournament function discussed before will also be added to the Wii U version. The patch hits on Friday in Japan - probably wise to expect it the same day elsewhere!
