Sterak's Gage is alright for Sivir for multiple reasons: Abilities scale with both Base and Bonus AD (unlike some other champions such as Lucian) Shield provides safety for a short range carry to keep providing DPS Sivir's base AD is already good to begin with by ADC standards Although this is more of a gimmicky reason, the increased size makes it easier to absorb a spell Still situational at best, since there are other things Sivir needs more, but Sterak's has its uses.

Generally, the MAIN criteria for getting into the PBE is player behavior. But they do try to pick from each tier of ranked somewhat evenly, so as long as you've been behaving well, your chances are pretty good, but your chances are even better if you're ranked and higher than Bronze.

Most of the time, Sion should beat Rumble pretty hard...but that Sion build tells us all that we need to know.

Kindred doesn't really need Devourer, per say, but with Warrior her damage is at risk of falling off late game unless she gets absurdly fed. Devourer is more reliable in the late game.

What Shiri said, except that Jinx stacks Tear very quickly, as it stacks with each rocket she fires due to it counting as a mana expenditure. She just has no need for it, though. I honestly didn't notice the double spellblade Fizz, lol. I think the main center of attention was that god-awful Jinx.

Muramana isn't exactly a viable item on Jinx outside of ARAM. It does give her extra mana to keep her rockets up longer. Only the primary attack target will take Muramana's extra damage from Jinx's rockets. Muramana's toggle also increases her Zap's damage.

Raiden's right about the F-Smash being punishable via shield-grab. It's because he dashes as far as he does that it's punishable in such a manner.

Hey guys, Just learned a trick that if you pick Random, the game's stage choice defaults to that of your opponent. This makes Dream Land 64 a more feasible option assuming at least one of the players has the stage. This is something to consider for future amendments of the rules.

I hear more about "Mac beats Falcon" than the other way around. That is very skill dependent however; It's Falcon so he can effortlessly kill Mac off a single D-throw combo if Mac doesn't know how to get out of it. However Mac punishes Falcon far more easily because his ground punish options are far more abundant.

A good Rosalina should dominate you. Expect trouble vs Ike and Luigi as well. Between Mac and Link, I honestly think your third character should be someone with disjoints and solid aerial prowess. Ganondorf is a good start, but to cover the Rosalina matchup you will probably want Marth. He can also zone and edgeguard, two things which will be very handy for you since Mac and Link are only meh at those at best.

I honestly felt like Kindred was pretty weak when I played them on PBE. Just never could be extremely impactful in teamfights, since I had enemies who by the time I played Kindred had long figured out how her ultimate works. If they snowball they are absolutely disgusting, however, due to their mid-game strength. I wrote this some time ago back when Kindred was on PBE.

Although I'm somewhat neutral on server stuff, something just doesn't sit well with me in granting Drivers the permission to still redirect and warn. Drivers are auth in other places that serve as high ambassadors, so to speak, on the server. As for their role in server moderation, being a guide for new members is what they should be doing; they should probably even be among the first to welcome new members to the server alongside our more emphatic veterans and guide them along the "path", whatever that path is. However, that is IMO where their moderative authority should end. We've got more than enough higher auth on to take care of that stuff at all times of the day. /kick and /redirect are essentially the same; if one user removal power is removed from Drivers then the other should be as well. /warn would be alright, as it would help Drivers fulfill their perceived roles on the server as role models for the rest of the community. TL;DR: Take away /kick and /redirect from Drivers, keep /warn unless for some strange reason an abuse case pops up.

He doesn't die as easily as someone like Koggles or Xerath, thanks to his E which doubles his movement speed, as well as his ultimate which can easily restore all of his health. His main problem is the reliability of his damage and CC on his teammates.

Zilean is a very strong mid laner. His AP scalings are absolutely insane.
