The OT thing is possible, yes! However, this goes back to an issue I brought up in a different topic- if I modify aspects of a Pokemon such as the OT, then the player has to have an empty space in their party-- the pokemon can't be sent to the PC. I avoided this previously because it would be cumbersome, but I was surprised at the number of players who would not mind this. So it could potentially be back on the table.

The shiny back you used was Gen 4 style. Part of the point of doing this is to remove the Gen 4 style shiny backs replacing them with recolored Gen 5 shiny backs. Gen 5 style shows the full body.

Ultimately anyone can player any character they won't and imagine them to be whatever gender identity they wish. The non-binary protags are there to at least offer the same options to non-binary players as the traditional genders. Play the game however you enjoy it best. As for the Asperger's thing, that's not meant to be a personal attack on anyone. That's just how I've chosen to represent it in this specific character, and it is consistent with most descriptions of the syndrome. As not all neurotypical people all the same, nor will all people on the spectrum be either. (As an aside my understanding is that the differences in communication and emotional cuing would probably largely be unapparent through text anyway given that a lot of the variance is focused in non-verbal elements of communication, so I did the best I could here, and naturally it won't apply to anyone else).

How much do people care about dex data for Pokemon? One of the reasons I have things like, Joltik, for example, at the level they are is because I felt it was awkward to be giving players evolved Pokemon in events when they don't have any way to obtain the un-evolved form sans breeding that specific Pokemon? I had been trying to avoid that awkwardness, but in retrospect I suspect most players would rather have ready-to-go levels and be forced to breed if they want the data anyway. Another consideration in the 7th st Pokemon is the puzzle itself. Abra needs to be Abra (not Kadabra) for the puzzle to make sense, and it's weird to be getting a level 40 whatever Abra at that stage. Like why ain't you evolvin' bro?
