As Pokémon sites, often do, PokéPlace will be hosting tournaments, and as tournaments often do, there will be winners, and as winners often receive, we will have honorary little prizes. However, as prizes seldom allow, one should be able to tell the basics of the tournament from the small little icons that honor our winners. In this topic will be a quick detailing of what each prize means. To start, the type of prize icon indicates how many people total participated in the tournament. The tournament ID will also be listed on the body of each piece. A tournament of double battles will be indicated by an identical silhouette behind the icon. Tiered tournaments will be indicated by a listing of the tier in the icon's shadow. Monotype tournaments can be differentiated by a rainbow shadow. Other tournament features will be will be shown by more drastic tournament-unique differences.

As of this time, there are eleven skins that users may choose from. This sounds impressive at first, but the truth is, they're all basically the same; only with difference in the banner and accent color on the index. Welcome PokéPlace's Gym Challenge- the Reborn League. Trainers set up their team online, and attempt to sweep through all 17 gym leaders, each with a different type team. Do you have what it takes to make it to the [url="http://www.pokemonreborn.com/index.php?showtopic=20"]Hall of Fame[/url]? Good! Then there are some things you have to know first, like the- [b]Rules of the League:[/b] 1. All battles will take place over the the [url="http://pokemon-online.eu/"]Pokémon Online battle simulation client[/url]. 2. Each challenger is allowed to use six, and only six Pokémon through the duration of the challenge. Their moves (including type of Hidden Power) may not change during the course of the challenge. All other aspects, however, may. 3. Challengers may not use Legendary Pokémon* or two Pokémon of the same species. 4. Trainers may only challenge each leader once per day, up to a maximum of three leaders per day during the summer, or one during the school year 5. In order to challenge a leader, a trainer must have all badges more than four positions under that leader (i.e. you may not challenge the sixth leader unless you already have the first two badges) *Legendary Pokémon include: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebii, Regice, Regirock, Registeel, Kyogre, Groudon, Latios, Latias, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Jirachi, Uxie, Mespirit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Regigigas, Manaphy, Phione, Heatran, Cresselia, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Cobalon, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornelos, Voltolos, Reshiram, Zekrom, Landlos, Kyurem, Keruido, Meloetta, Genosect Gym leader teams reserve the right to use any non-legendary Pokemon on their team, provided it is of their given type. Legendary Pokemon may be included in X Challenges. Sometimes a technical difficulty will occur- a glitch, disconnection, or other battle-terminating error. Default victories will NOT be awarded. Circumstantially, a rematch may be granted on the same day, however this is entirely up to the leaders' discretion. In order to carry out your challenge, sign on to the Reborn Server on Pokemon Online during league hours (10:30 PM- 12:00 AM Mon-Fri). Your name will be added to the challenger list. The order of battles is determined randomly. When it is your turn, you will tell me which leader you wish to face, and that leader will sign on for the battle. Please allow them to issue the actual physical challenge. Challengers will be issued trainer cards with their teams and badges on them upon winning their first badge. Their registered teams may be changed before then without penalty. Trainer cards may be any color, with a gold, silver, black, or white frame. Once a player has been qualified for a trainer card, a topic will be created in this forum for that challenger, wherein all further challenges with that team will be posted. All challenges, by qualified and unqualified teams alike will also be posted within the league leaders' topics. Once the required number of trainers have defeated the newest leader, the following leader will be revealed on the next day.
