Sniper + Focus Energy + Scope Lens + Draco Meteor yield's All critical hit's Draco Meteors which aren't effected by stat drops because the crit. Just give that thing Speed and HP IV's and the 2.25x critical hit Dracos, Hydro Pumps, and Ice Beams. Good night. Quote

And in the game, one of the NPCs uses the exact same words to describe Ametrine. And Ametrine was originally going to be part of episode 12 but was removed. So unless we have to go on some huge side adventure that takes up the whole of episode 13 just to get Surf... Quote
