In V6 you're stuck on the boat and shore until you beat her. The water field makes all non water or flying types at half speed(unless you have swift swim), powers up her water attacks, increases chance of freeze and she's generally just difficult.

lol I had a full team when I first went into the woman's house the second time. I'm doing it now with half of them at lv 72. Is the event on a time limit? Because if it is, I still don't understand why they didn't appear when I had a panpour, a snivy, an espurr, and a goldeen on my team before Julia. .-.

To clarify, I already tried pre-Julia to do the event, the second time I went into the house no grunts turned up. Im on e15, and I know Ame changed it, because when I confronted the grunts in the abandoned house they said something along the lines of 'screw you, we have the Cleffa, and now we're gonna stash it in God knows where and not tell you.', before flipping me a finger and running off into thin air. :c I tried again Post-Julia to no avail, and now Post-Ciel nothing happens...
