How can I get beldum on v13?

Also i heard you find it in a den as a shadow pokemon…So can it be shiny as a shadow pokemon or when i reverse it and like i can soft reset? Or do i need to breed it?

You need to throw 15k red essence in the den located in the wasteland. Dunno about the shininess

To purify it you'll need each slot of the Purification Chamber at max tempo, and the easiest way to do that is just to fill all slots with Normal-types. And even if you don't get it shiny first time, I'd just breed it to be shiny.

I have thrown more than 15k red essence in the beldum den but I still can't fight it. What am I doing wrong?

I've ran into the same issue. I've thrown in 25k red essence in and nothing is happening. Am I doing something wrong or is there another item to get?

hey where are the card shards though. I only found one in the sheridan wetlands.

Is there anyone who found a solution to this problem? I have thrown in about 30k, on to separate occasion with 15k each time

I had to keep saving and reloading multiple times while dumping all the essence I had in it. Seems like it's pretty bugged since even the text looked like it was progressing in the wrong order. (Went from overflowing with power to being empty the more essence I put in)

you need to have 16k 

throw 1k in

and have 15k excat leftover

It also worked for me to put 15k in, and if it did not trigger just resetting until it did. It will come eventually. Thanks again for the answers!!!
