No, there is one, in one of the caves. Strategically placed too... Btw, it's in the Rhodochrine Jungle where you ended up in the cage and Fern asked you to beg etc

you need the key :) 
the key is in the 2nd lighthouse

try finding a dive spot in a hidden area near the 2nd lighthouse

If you are running Windows, saved files are most likely located at 

C:\Users\(Your name here)\Saved Games

Inside that folder, there should be a folder named Pokemon Reborn (or other games you have played) and your files will be located in the respective games' folder.
