BRS swag Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 Go to akuwa town and fish for luvdiscs. Use thief on them. It is better to have a mon with compoundeyes (like dustox, available on terajuma shore) to increase the chance of a luvdisc having a heart scale.

After you beat the v9 story, go in the Train Station at Grand Dream City. There will be a teleport pad on the right side of the entrance that leads back to West Gearan. Spoiler
