BIGJRA
I would think that Rotom might be able to learn these moves seeing as it can become a refrigerator and an over (toaster oven?). Those are good move ideas for sure, while you're at it why not go further and create a Flying and a Grass one for use by the other Rotom forms. Even though those moves are generally useless, at least for the gimmick I'd like it. Skill Shuffle Type: Psychic Accuracy: 100 -- Skill Shuffle rotates a target's current ability with its secondary ability or dream world ability, at random. It will fail if the target only has one ability. Bonus: if the target is mega-evolved, Skill Shuffle will rotate its current ability to one of its non-mega abilities. Since abilities are so important in competitive play nowadays, this move could have an impact in battles, especially if it was a widespread move (by TM or Tutor perhaps). What makes this stand out over Entrainment, Simple Beam, etc. is that you could effectively cripple an opponent based on their abilities. I added the mega clause just because it would be pretty sweet to force a Mega Lopunny to be stuck with Klutz, unable to use its mega stone.
Lamona
Still, Klutz won't prevent Lopunny from Mega Evolving, though it will lose it's Scrappy ability being replaced by either Klutz or Limber then, right?
Monochrome_Complex
Noxious Plume type: poison special BP: 85 acc: 100 PP: 15 Range:all pokemon adjacent to user Description: the user releases a plume of burning toxins around them, inflicting poison and fire damage. May also inflict burn. Learned naturally by: koffing/weezing, skuntank, swalot/gulpin, Houndour/houndoom, Heatmor, Magby/Magmar/Magmortar, detail:Like flying press, this move has a secondary fire typing. While you still aren't able to hit steel types with it, it can be a useful option for poison types against other grass/poison or bug types as well as ice type pokemon. In addition, this move has a 20% chance to inflict burn. Backstab type: dark physical BP 60 acc: 100 PP: 10 Range: one target Description: the user stealthily attacks the opponent from behind. This move always results in a critical hit. Learned by: greninja, skorupi/drapion, zorua/zoroark, purrloin/Liepard, Pawniard/Bisharp, honedge/doublade/ageislash, sneasel/weavile, spinarak/ariados, beedrill detail:Dark's answer to the ice breath/storm throw, this one has a slight buff in power due to critical's nerfage in gen 6(non STAB'd it'd deal 90 BP on critical). Plus cheesing crits is very much fitting with the nature of dark types. Drapion would no doubt get a serious buff off this move as the combination fo sniper and STAB brings its power well over 200 and is more consistent than night slash. Spellbind type: Fairy status BP: --- Acc: --- PP: 5 Range: all enemy pokemon Descripton: the user creates a magic sigil that suppresses all opponents' abilities for 5 turns. Does not negate mold breaker. Learned by: Mismagius, smoochum/Jynx, Clefairy/Clefable, Gardevoir, Flabebe/Floette/Florges, Kadabra/Alakazam, Delphox, Xerneas, Darkrai, Detail: exactly what it says, it prevents enemy pokemon's abilities from working. Even if the user is KO'd, the effect remains although it can be eliminated via defog/rapid spin. zimvader42
Rock'n'Roll Type: Rock Category: special PP: 10 (max.16) Power: 90 Accuracy: 100% "The user makes loud music with rocks for 3 turns. During that time, no one can fall asleep." A rock-type uproar. Thanks to the fact no other type is immune against rock, this move offers STAB 90bp damage that will last 3 turns unless interrupted. It is intended for a specific rock type of mine with a high special attack, but in the canon games I suppose Roggenrola and Lilligant could learn it, the first because it has it on its name, and the second because she's all about music (plus imagine this rock coverage after a few quiver dances holy shit). Like uproar, it prevents sleep status for the 3 turns it lasts. Being a sound move, it can't hit a target with the ability soundproof, but it can hit through substitute. Ironbound
huh. this is fun. well, here's a custom move, then, tailored for Magnezone, which, as we all know, is clearly superior and deserves a better signature move than dumb ol' Magnet Bomb. Name: Brilliant Bolt Type: Steel PP: 10 (16 max) Power: 100 Accuracy: 90% Secondary Effect: 20% chance to raise user's Sp.Atk Description: The user charges up its light energy and fires a dazzling bolt at the foe. The residual energy may boost the user's Sp.Atk stat. Basically a stronger version of Flash Cannon with a better side effect, rather like a Special variant of Meteor Mash. I prefer moves that aren't outright broken and yet have a realistic enough implication.

Ironbound
That electrolyte thing is broken. Simply put, maybe it'd be less game-shattering if it only boosted the speed of electric or steel types, since I don't see the logic behind it doing that for all types. (Also because Magnezone at +1/+2 speed is going to destroy souls)
SonOfRed
Name: Concealment Type: Dark Category: Special PP: 10 Power: -- Accuracy: -- Effect: The user hides out of sight of the enemy for 1 turn.(same effect as 2 turn moves such as fly and bounce) If the opponent switches into an attack coming from a concealed opponent, the attack will do double damage. Example: Greninja used concealment! Greninja is hidden in the shadows. The opposing trainer switched pokemon. Greninja used water shuriken; it's a sneak attack!
Ironbound
So Concealment is basically an overpowered Substitute that can't be broken and doesn't consume your health, but lasts only one turn. Any faster Pokémon can basically conceal itself, avoid the next hit and use whatever move it wants with impunity the next turn, punishing switch-ins in the bargain? And keep doing this indefinitely? That can be so abusable!
