Basically, your choices affect Dialogue and in some instances the ending. Those choices give/take a certain amount of Rep-points which will affect, in some way, future Dialogue or whole Cutscenes.

Iirc no. I don't remember, but i think there is a visual indicator for it, could be misremebering. There's always Debug for looking @ Rep-points tho

Getting all Pokemon, that the "Shopkeep" has available, will end up in a +5 Karma, Yes.

That Event is there once you beat the second Gym, its timed tho, go's away once you reach Blacksteeple, i think. But i could be wrong on the last part.

V13 added a alot of new and updated choices. I don't know the exact Maximum you can gain, with any given Character, as there are Split Decisions etc, but its way more then V12 had to offer.

You dont lose any Karma if you do the quests whenever. Just keep in mind that some Sidequest are timed or need to be done for other quests to accessible. I do them as soon as they are available, cuz i might forget 'em otherwise, lol.

Go to C:/Users/YourUserName/Saved Games/Pokemon Rejuvenation You'll see lots of Files, find the one named Game.rxdata /Note: The Back up saves are usually named Game_4 - 255 - Punch - 64h 20m - 15 badges.rxdata or something similar. Move or Delete your existing Main Save, and rename the latest Back up Save, (the one closest to your current Main Save), to Game.rxdata instead. Then just start up the game! /Note: If you have more then one Main save, then just put Game_2.rxdata instead. Increase the Number if needed. //Edit if the latest doesen't work then go back a save earlier then that. Alternatively to rewerting your Save, you could download Debug and teleport yourself to savety.

Karma is one of the Puzzle-pieces for the true ending. It can be increased and lowered like an Reletionship Value and alter some Dialogue. (Based on your actions/choices)

Yes you can get -6, You don't have to collect the rewards to complete the quests. You only get the positive Karma once the Reward has been collected, i had only recently found this out myself.

Play the side game " Where love lies" and you'll understand what that door leads to. There is currently no way to open it, pretty sure its just meant to be a reference" anyways.

As far as i know, its only once you enter your Nightmare Realm that the Calc starts. No points are added beforehand. If it is a Bug, i'm sure it would get sorted out with 13.5. I don't believe there is one, but we'll see. On a side note, i don't think you're locked into the Bad ending if your have some points there. Its gonna be a while before all of the Players choices will truly pay off, so maybe save your concerns for the true ending untill the last Version is out?

Put this in your Data Folder. Go to Valor shore and talk to the Abra stationed near the Entrance of Mt. Valor. It'll give you Emotion Powder and activate the necessary Switches. After getting the Item, you should be able to proceed with Valor Mt. as you normally would. I would've done it myself but for some reason i can't save my game while playing with your Save. Keep in mind that this is just a temporary fix and to look out for future updates/ Bug fixes from the Devs! Map300.rxdata

Those Bad ending calc points only happen if Florin dies. Florin only dies IF you go with Flora Exposing her just outside of Darchlight Cave and then tell Cassandra when given the chance. All other Routes don't allow for both to be possible. Keep in mind the Karma variable is not affected by this choice from what i know.

Saving the Cop gives you more Rep points with Venam after the 2nd Rift Guardevoir fight and pisses of Guardevoir. Trying to save Maria gives Rep points with Anathea but is fruitless in the end. So its more a Moral choices rather then something that has a big impact in the Story. Maybe there will be more consequences in a Future version? Who knows.
