  1. Flamethrower will definitely do more damage, especially if its EV trained, which is why specializing for physical or special even matters

    Shiny hunt

Additionally some Pokemon can only be gotten once and can't be bred via Ditto, like Ditto itself, Type: Null, or any future Legendary/Mythical (so far only excluding Phione), so for those you would need to reset for the shiny the first time around if you want to have them all shiny.
  3. I believe he's in a house on the right side of 7th Street
  4. Possibly never, but definitely not for a while. Sword and Shield did a lot of weird things with the movepools that were different from previous games.
  5. Huh it looks like you should just be able to move it down from right there, so if that doesn't work then it could be a bug. Are you sure you're interacting with the glass and then pressing the down button correctly?
  6. If you're still stuck would you mind sharing a screenshot so we can see what you mean?

    I'm lost

First you have to talk to the shopkeeper in the bottom left, then the one on the right, then go to the top right if I remember correctly
  8. You're supposed to go through the Obsidia Slums and come out of the East side and then go down to the Coral Ward
  9. That feature was only introduced in Gen 8, so it doesn't exist in Reborn sorry
  10. Well that's part of what I'm saying. You might've chosen to join Magma Gang that time around in which case you get a Houndour early on instead of the Carvanha you get from joining Aqua Gang (and that might be before Shade, I can't remember exactly when that quest becomes available)
  11. I've seen a theory that kind of goes along with my own experience, where it doesn't appear until you get to Spinel Town (since that's where you get the Good Rod which is what you need for Carvanha if you're Magma). It's possible you could've had Houndour earlier if on that save you joined Magma Gang, or it might've been available earlier in a previous version that I'm not aware of.
  12. Actually to get Natu at the totem pole you need to not have an Ill-Fated Doll in your bag, as well as the weather being clear

    Training place

Another option is fighting the trainers in the Grand Hall, since you can fight them over and over again and they generally scale with the level cap.
  14. If I'm remembering correctly it might have to be at the front of you're party, but I could be wrong.
  15. If you go to the Spyce restaurant in the far right of North Obsidia you can buy Fresh Waters, Soda Pops, and Lemonades for pretty damn cheap, so I'd definitely recommend stocking up on Lemonades there since they'll be a great healing item for a long time.

    Evo

From what I can tell with Google Translate, you're asking about trade evolutions. In Reborn there is an item called a "Link Stone" (I don't know what it is in Portuguese) that lets you evolve trade Pokemon by yourself, like Abra. (Google Translated into Portuguese): Em Reborn existe um item chamado "Link Stone" (não sei o que é em português) que permite que você evolua para trocar Pokémon por conta própria, como Abra.
  17. Nope I think you have to do a full save reload unfortunately. As a wise man once said: "Save often."
  18. There are 2 available in the game right now, one if you give the Hiker on Route 4 an Expert Belt for his Throh instead of a Black Belt, and the other in the upper left part of the section of Celestinine Mountain accessed through North Aventurine Woods and requires Strength, Surf, and Rock Climb to reach.
  19. Also don't forget to have Tangrowth with its Hidden Ability, Regenerator. It's way more useful than either of its other 2 abilities, Chlorophyll or Leaf Guard.

    Teddiursa Bug

The different times of day do look pretty different, with the 3 main sections being morning, day, and night. They are dependent on real time, but if you don't want to wait you can change your system clock to whatever you need it to be. Teddiursa's supposed to be available during the day, which I think is anywhere between 12 and 8 pm. As for the weather, it'll be pretty obvious if it's rainy or windy, but if its sunny then the screen will be significantly yellower than normal once morning is over, and clear weather which you'll be looking for is just the normal color scheme. If you don't get the right weather and you don't want to wait for that either, you could try downloading the weather mod to be able to change it in game, or just change your system date since it generally changes weather every day.

    Teddiursa Bug

What I'm guessing has happened is that the day you did battle Teddiursa the weather was clear, but the next day the weather changed to something else (be it sunny, rainy, stormy, or windy), and since Teddiursa needs clear weather in order to appear it won't show up until the weather is clear again. Once it does then it should go back to the same place it was before. If that isn't the issue, then it could also be the time of day, in which case try coming back later in the day.
  22. If you breed a new Vanillite egg and hatch it on 7th Street then that should work for it
  23. I've heard that Sand Rush Excadrill can be really good for sweeping her, so maybe try that out
  24. Nope even after PULSE Abra the event will still happen, so once its clear you should be fine!

    Kommo-o Z stone

I don't believe it is yet, sorry
