    I believe he means Garabor from Rejuvenation. Status condition are helpful. As ground type attacks as well and poison heal breloom is great if don't change the field. If you got a mon with perish song and focus band could work too. But in end I would recommend to use a backup save file and train or get mons that are helpful to beat garabor.     In Reborn you can get Popplio after Badge 15. Other means are playing on the Sandbox Mode Or the debug menu.

    Corsola is in Apophyll Beach near the cave entrance in the north. I think rain was needed. As for the others I can trade them at one of the evolutions.

    After the city is restored you go to the grand talk to Ame and then Adrienn infront of his gym in Coral, Victoria in Berly Graveyard and Arclight near the Club in North Obsidia. Talk to Ame and do what she tells you. As for the unterwater houses, there are some open already inside of them you can find hidden things and the keys for other houses. Not all can be opened.

    About Charmander I'm not sure, but Bulbasaur is on As for Bagon it is an event pokemon that is available after the event in Agate City near the end of the episode. You need to talk to a hiker in Agate to start the event.

    Hello, I can't seem to get the mods to be working at all and achievements disappears from the menu.

    Well Ame once said something about agate: https://www.rebornevo.com/forum/index.php?/topic/2230-pokemon-reborn/page/3/ . I also thought Gardevoir could be from Radomus. She can survive a blade stab, breath under water, control an armor and why not catch a pokemon inside a blackhole.
