Hmm..... hard to say. I'm pretty happy with my current team of: Greninja Gardevoir Scrafty Excadrill Magnezone Volcarona but considering the great fairy type 'mon that Gen VII has, I might swap Gardevoir with Mimikyu or Alolan Ninetails. Although I do plan on starting anew come E17 and I'll definitely use Ribombee, Vikavolt, and Golisopod when I can. I think I might just do a mono-bug run when E17 comes out. Gen VII has some great bug 'mon.

@Megarai111 I've only been playing for about 2 years now but I haven't been into it much for the past year or so since I'm kinda busy with college and I'm too lazy to put in the effort to keep up. Yeah, that about sums it up.

No. Dragonite is perfect. ....In all honesty, I think a more slender and elegant looking dragon might work if Game Freak wanted to make Dragonite a depiction of the raw power and elegance of dragons, but I feel that the chubby and somewhat derpy looking dragon that Dragonite is fits the pokedex entries for it perfectly. Pokemon Stadium: Has intelligence on par with people. This "sea guardian" is said to be capable of flying around the globe in about 16 hours. Pokemon Stadium 2: It is said that this Pokémon constantly flies over the immense seas and rescues drowning people. Pokemon Emerald: It can circle the globe in just 16 hours. It is a kindhearted Pokémon that leads lost and foundering ships in a storm to the safety of land. Pokemon Moon: Incur the wrath of this normally calm Pokémon at your peril, because it will smash everything to smithereens before it's satisfied. I love Emerald's dex entry (I even have it memorized) but Moon's dex entry is the best. I also feel the drastic change in apperance from Dragonair to Dragonite really depicts that Dragonite is truely a force to be reckoned with. Kinda like how the big bad usually has some weird character trait like being short or something to through you off (except Dragonite is the epitome of kindness). EDIT: @Ainz Ooal Gown That might actually be a really cool idea to use that sprite for a corrupted Dragonite or something (PULSE Dragonite maybe?) But otherwise Dragonite is perfect and a beautiful pokemon that should never change.

I can't say I have a particular favourite pokemon either. I mean, I have a favourite 'mon for each type, but the no one fave. Also, I agree Dawn is the best looking protag sprite. I think it's the white beanie that does it. And if you have the time, you really should pick up Mystery Dungeon Explorers of the Sky. Out of all the spin-off games, Id say that that one is the best. (also nice chibi Blaziken) Breeding can be quite tricky sometimes, but with the right know how, and a little bit of luck, it's pretty manageable. First things first, Destiny Knot. A pokemon holding a Destiny Knot will pass down 5 IV's at random instead of the normal 3, so if you got a good 'mon, that's how how you get a 5/6 IV egg. Also, if you want to ensure that the baby inherits a specific IV, the parent with the IV you want needs to hold the right EV gain item (Power Band, Power Lens, etc.) All this is right off of the Pokemon wiki (just Google search breeding to find it) Also, if you just want a 'mon without going through all the hassle, Zarc usually handles the trades. wut? I know your the grand trade master..... but wut? That exists? There's a really cool site out there called http://www.pokestadium.com/ that allows you to post trainer cards and even awesome animations of your 'mon like this: And yeah, to trade with yourself, you could use any of the mods available or Hooligan's method. As everyone said previously, stealth rocks is great and will definitely work wonders against Ciel. Definitely go for a rock 'mon. Also, I kinda would like to point out that 3 members of your team seem are weak to ground. Considering Ciel has two 'mons that will EQ you into oblivion, I must say you'd be a lot better off adjusting your team. Might I recommend Mamoswine? You can catch a Piloswine over at Ametrine mountain. Also, the ice type will work out great for taking down her team and does 4x damage on one particularly annoying member of her team....

As a connoisseur of cheap comedy myself, I always welcome a good laugh. I can't say there are a whole lot of great 'mon to use early in the game (specifically at the point you described) but I must say, Meowstic is amazing. Considering you have access to an Espurr even before the first gym, I can truly say it was the MVP of my team 'till about the 8th gym. Other than that, you'll just have to make do with some budget 'mon. Also, might I ask what is your favourite JRPG? Personally I'm a fan of Persona, Final Fantasy, and now that I think about it, I guess Pokemon counts as a JRPG. Anyways, do enjoy your stay here and see ya 'round!

Oh boy. Can't tell you how many times I've felt like that. Sometimes feeling like I'm on the wrong side of the balance. Just say "f*ck all my responsibilities, I'm just gonna lie in bed all day." And I really wish I can give some foolproof, step by step, "do this and you'll feel better" method. But I can't. Its just not that easy. But what helps for me is to go out on a walk, clear my head, and then focus on what I have to get done. Just one at a time. Forget tomorrow. Just think about what I have to do now. Now I can't say if this would work for you, or anyone else for that matter, but it helps to just clear your head and remember to live life on at your own pace. Don't forget to slow down and enjoy life. Sure, sometimes its difficult, and yeah, shit happens. And I can't say it'll get better. But in the end, its up to you to make the most of what you got. When it comes to relationships and dealing with others, the best thing I can say is don't stress over it. Now I might not be the best person to talk to about relationships (I often have trouble interacting with people and tend to shut people out), but if there's one thing I've learned, its that there's no point in trying to put up some facade in order to seek the approval of others. It doesn't matter what other people think of you. Just focus on being who you want to be. And yeah, no prob. Feel free to say what you want on the forums. Talking helps.

Oh yeah.... forgot about Shade. Truly a worthy adversary. His Gengar outsped just about everything I had, but got him real good when I threw in Liepard into the mix.... Definitely a fun battle. I don't know about a pokemon that would fit in your pocket..... Although if your going for a Hiker/Traveler type, Flygon would fit great. The "Desert Spirit" according to the pokedex... If you mean more of a Guide, then Ampharos would be perfect. The tail's tip shines brightly and can be seen from far away. It acts as a beacon for lost people. Great pokedex entry and perfect for a guide.

(His Malamar sweeped my team the first time I fought him)

Nope, the Litleo and the Lilpup events are two completely different things. The Lilpup event is where you find it in various spots among the wards. The Litleo event is where you encounter it in the place mentioned and obtain it after a battle. Oh, and by on the hunt, I just mean I searched for it like any other wild 'mon. And no prob! If you need any more help finding pokemon/items, you should probably check out the "On the Hunt" section of the forums.

As for your quest for more 'mon, I do know that Zigzagoon can be found right outside the Grand Hall. As for Vulpix, you get it from a trade with a clown in the upstairs section of the gate between Agate circus and the unaccessable Agate city. Do be prepared for a riddle though! Litleo is an event in the area behind the cut tree in Obsidia Ward, and then you play a bit of hide and seek. However, I'm not entirely sure if you can get it after a certain point. So in your case, I think the only way to get a Litleo would be through trading. Only 1? I like so many pokemon, and each for different reasons. But, if you only want one, then how 'bout you look at my profile pic? EDIT: So in an effort to feed my curiosity, I went out on a hunt and can confirm Litleo can be found in the area where you first find the event Litleo (it is rather rare though).

@The Drunken Dragonite Yeah, I'd agree with that. While Speedboost or Contrary might be better abilities, I feel like the adaptability that Protean offers is excellent and is my personal favourite ability (and also why I chose Protean Froakie as my starter in Reborn).

@The Drunken Dragonite Oh that's just me being wierd..... I mean, Metaknight is the second greatest Smash Bros. character (behind Kirby). And with the moveset Tyrunt has, it's definitely my favourite fossil 'mon. Considering some of the Megas GF put in, I woudn't be too surprised to see it happen.

Diiid youuu sayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy But being serious now, pronouncing it as Dragonite-ite is just making it harder for yourself. Pronouncing it as Drag-uhn-i-tahyt is a lot easier and I think it sounds a lot better than other mega stones like Blastoisinite, Houndoominite, and the aforementioned Banettite. Nevertheless, I do like Draconite. Kinda like Draco Meteor and is fitting for the OG dragon. Speaking of which, imagine how OP a contrary dragon would be with that. @The Drunken Dragonite Ha, Dragon Dance is the best! Way to go!

Howdy comrade! Just found this post and might I say, as a fellow Dragonite lover, I'm rootin' for ya! Honestly didn't know that's why Gyarados didn't get the typing. Oh well, Gyarados is still a dragon in my book. I've always wondered why people find it difficult to simply have Dragonitite. I mean Banettite exists. BANETTE-ITE. Worst mega stone ever.
