Begin to respect each other's people. Seriously, you do not have to adore, but respect is a very important matter. If someone can not respect others, I do not know how such a person can live in harmony with himself.

I'm usually respectful to people until they gave me enough reasons not to. Like, if you're just gonna tell me I can't speak English to a friend of mine in class while you're not even sitting anywhere near us, then you pretty much lose it right away (eavesdropping, intruding on a conversation that you aren't even part of, telling someone they can't talk the way they want to talk... 3 strikes in one go)
