  1. Yeah, you are quite a few gyms off from catching wild Salandits. The move you missed out on is
  2. A shadow one, no. There are Sandalits available later. If you just caught it, you can always change to a backup file.
  3. Finally got through with this annoying stage in SRW Z.  It contains what I think to be the funniest love confession in mecha anime, now with added crossover hilarity.  If only the mind reading plotpoint didn't make the first part of this stage so easy to fail (much less get the skill point in, though I still managed it), I would have enjoyed it more.

  4. Ok, I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers this. Nobody else has brought it up and the two people I talked to about it didn't recall. Thought I was loosing my mind.
  5. Probably either in the central building (since someone there will mention the tournament), or back in the Route 9 theater (where V9's story ended) would be good and might jog memories immediately.
  6. I would have though that the the current game download came patched now, but the map bug with it not moving right really was patched months ago. Strange.
  7. Quite a few entrances are like that, so keep your eyes peeled. I would seriously download the newest patch or you might encounter a bug that will halt your progress.
  8. That map glitch was fixed in a patch months ago. You will do well to update to the current patch before progressing too far. The park is south of the shopping District
  9. Yeah, this guide is old enough that most of the images have 404'd, though the guide itself is accurate for the most part (though only goes up to ep 7, I think). If Leaflet Garden is the Hotel Roof, then no. The park is a good place.
  10. Back in the days of Red, on my second playthrough, I made an odd choice of using the Farfecthd that you can trade for in Vermilion City. I was surprised it was gaining levels so quick (unaware at the time of the more exp from traded Pokemon feature). In place of a starter, it became my incredibly overleveled mon. I pretty much exclusively used it after Surge. If memory serves me right, it somehow got up to the 70's by Cinnabar Island; these are incredibly old memories, so things may be inaccurate.......... Then somehow I got genuinely stuck in Cinanabar Mansion. I knew the place thoroughly from my first playthrough, but saving and quitting in an area caused a door to reset, trapping me in. With no Dig (........maybe) or Escape rope, I was left with no choice but to restart the game. Many pre-teen tears were shed and I learned a lesson in Pokemon that I stick to till this day: ALWAYS HAVE AN ESCAPE ROPE WITH YOU. Anyway, that's the story of the Farfetchd that was set to carry me through the game.....at least until Giovanni or Loriel probably would have OHK'd it......
  11. I don't think they were that much over (maybe 4-5 levels at the most), but I was too distracted by the fights to actually notice. Even then, it was only some of their team over the cap (though it did go from maybe 2 mons over to 4 over by the end). Not relevant to normal mode, though.
  12. As long as you have an older savestate, you can rename it "Game.rxdata" or just "Game" and place it where your current "Game" save is.
  13. If you already saw the event of the Tournament announcement in Rose Theater (after Aelita's and the white haired girls fight), you finished the story of version 9. Now you can do the help quests in Central Building, one of which opens up a new area. There is a teleporter in the train station to take you back the West Gearen that appears after you beat Puppetmaster
  14. A well done, though incomplete, animation re-imagining the last episode of Kemono Friends as Eva 2.22.  The things you find on Youtube:

There is another one by a whole different artist, though a little more toward the end and with different characters.  Serval really wants to save Kaban:

Turns out this second one is actually just another part of the first one.  Both were uploaded independently to Youtube from Twitter.  Still hope the final product is great.

  15. Is it just in that battle or even after the event plays out that you can't use them? I probably can't help, but I'm just clarifying the situation
  16. Is it all pokeballs or just quick balls producing this error? I know a certain event mon later on causes an error with a quick ball, but doesn't affect the game.
  17. The estimates I gave in the middle are the closest I have. They are not specific, but they cover the area of level a leader usually has.
  18. So far, you just have to worry about 11 leaders. I don't think the levels are different between difficulties, just some team differences. Even though normal mode advertises itself as being on the same level as Reborn, so is Intense mode, for the most part. The only thing that might make them "harder" is their cheap custom moves, though I consider that artificial difficulty (can still kill you). Usually, most of them fall right around the level cap at the time, with some going over and some (like the first leader) being under (15-18). The last leader (11th) has a team mostly in the high 70's and low 80's. There are also 2 or 3 "unwinnable" battles, that you are allowed to lose, but still progress. Of course, you can win them all in some way.
  19. You can do it easier and with no corruption risk with Reborn Hardcore
  20. Have you finished the rest of Valor mountain's events (remember Nim)? If not, they won't appear again yet.
  21. There is an easy to miss one in the very first room of the library (right before the main entrance).
  22. Just a few are; I believe 4. Once you evolve Type Null, show it to the scientist that helps you throughout the sidequest (Venam's dad). He will give you the few he found in the forsaken lab. The rest you will discover in later episodes.
  23. Texan is a very unlikely candidate, but he might be able to fit Hatred or Greed if he's brought up more (aside from the hinted future revenge attempt at the resort club). Probably too minor of a character to be on the radar, but Jan might surprise us. Just want to include all possibilities, no matter how remote.
  24. Sorry I wasn't that clear when I first made the comment.
  25. Just noticed this. Don't worry, since neither of your started the off-topicness. The thread started turning into a trading thread a few pages back, unfortunately, though some people still occasionally seem to post things about interesting things they found in WT.
