  1. I love how speedrunning Super Mario Bros (and many other older games) has been boiled down to such an exact science.  Also seems like the human limit for S.M.B. may be pretty much reached unless new tricks are discovered.

      A while back I remember watching Sethbling doing speedrun stuff for Super Mario World with increasingly crazy glitches and methods being found and used, world records bouncing between people and new categories being spawned. I think it got to the point of doing specific actions in level 1 to write and execute hexcode to play the credits
