    Thanks Marik???  Eh....

     

    Well, the pursuit of the daily gems from participating in the KC cup got me to DLV 14 out of 20.  I forgot how useful Atem's 'Destiny Draw' ability was (even after the "once per duel" nerf), so that helped much more than Aster's Poly pulling.  Only doing the 3 or 4 matches a day, I was stuck in DLV 12.

      Yeah, that's an issue with DM/GX Characters, they have a little reliance on Normal Monsters at times

      In Duel Links, few of them really use vanillas at higher levels, outside Blue Eyes, DM, and Neos.  This was just commenting about another random prismiric I got, not about a vanilla Marik occasionally drops.
