    8 Prime Material Dragons pulled from the card lottery but only 1 Shining Flare Wingman so far.  Very wonky drop rates.

      Well, I like collecting 3 of each card, if it's feasibly possible.  Also, it seems feasible to summon 2 since substitutes for Flare Wingman count, even if it's overkill at that point.
