So apparently Netflix just released the rest of Little Witch Acedemia, almost 2 months after the anime finished airing (after waiting a month just to release the first half)......Really great job providing an on time official release to prevent piracy (and offer vastly inferior subs than the fan sub group). I'm still buying the DVD's when they become available, so I can actually give Trigger money.
And people wonder why others say Netflix doesn't work as an anime platform (outside of their own original shows).

People actually wonder that? >_>
When Netflix was starting out with LWA I was super happy because I wouldn't have to pirate it to see it. In fact I only found the original because Netflix picked it up. But their refusal to simulcast has really put a damper on that with it being one of the few series I actually wanted to watch as it aired.
I was so salt when they got Kakegurui too. At this point I don't care that I'll have access to it legally sometime next year, I'm not waiting that long for Netflix's subpar subs.
If the LWA dub/subs weren't so garbage I might be more inclined to not rage at Netflix. But the shitty quality just adds salt to the wound.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go feed their shitty business practices by binging on the rest of LWA

Asenshi subs definitely blew Netlix out the water with high quality subs, with many extra details added in the second. They didn't have to add them, but they made the product better. Compared to what little of the Netflix subs I've seen, they actually made Dianna and A
ndrewsound like high society people.
