      Colors is top pick, no contest.  Even in SRW-instrumental style (first below). Ultimately, it pretty much became Suzaku's theme in both Z2, with it first appearing when you control him for a stage in Z2.1 and making a surprise re-appearence on the 'Believe in Zero' route when Suzaku joins as the self-proclaimed Knight of Zero (second below-  time set).

      As for non-openings, I have to mention both insert songs from R1, for Todoh's prison break (Picturesqe) and for Gwain/Lancelot's teamup (Callin').  They probably go down as my favorite lyrical tracks (not including openings/endings).  I think Picturesque wins out slightly though:

      As far as the non-lyrical or semi-lyrical, I do love all of the ones you posted.  I have to agree that Innocent Days probably makes my #1 in this category, with Continued Story at #2.  Some other favorite not listed are probably:
