Zoe pulls the assault rifles out and with some frenzied tinkering and sorcery, manages to combine the two mostly non-functional guns into a single actually working gun. For a certain value of working. Slinging her new acquisition over her shoulder she wanders over towards the door with the others. Noticing that it is blocked, she decides to test her new gun by attempting to blast the door down, either with the bullets or the grenade mode.

"BAH! DOOM HAS NO TIME TO WASTE GUARDING STONES," The being declares loudly, whirling on his heels in a swirl of billowing cloak and shining metal armor to reveal a visage of heavy plates and golden ornamentation broken only by piercing, blue, all too human eyes, "DOOM HAS GRANDER DESIGNS," He gestures grandly over the pair of masks, "ONE OF THESE IS THE AKAKU, THE MASK OF VISION. ONE OF THESE IS THE CALIX, THE MASK OF FATE. ONE OF THESE CARRIES THE TOA STONE DOOM KNOWS YOU SEEK WITHIN. ONE OF THESE IS TRAPPED, AND WILL COLLAPSE THE ROOM. DOOM'S PLANS REQUIRE THE CALIX. YOU DESIRE THE TOA STONE. "DOOM HAS YET TO DETERMINE WHICH OF THESE PLINTHS HOLD THAT WHICH DOOM SEEKS, NOR WHICH IS SAFE TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM. DOOM IS UNFAMILIAR WITH THESE STYLES OF ARCHITECTURE; DOOM WILL DISCERN THE TRUTH IN TIME, YET DOOM WONDERS IF IT MIGHT BE FASTER TO SIMPLY ALLOW THE PEONS TO ATTEMPT THIS PUZZLE..."

"Yes, if you are not highly proficient in computering I shall have to find someone who is! Tally HO!" Zoe makes to charge, and then remembers the door. She considers her options. Then she removes the hinge pins from the door, pulls it out of the frame, and then walks out. She grabs the demounted door, and puts it back in the doorway. The pins levitate themselves without any visible means of support, before slamming home, returning the door to full functionality. The clatter of armored feet can be heard as Zoe charges off, presumably in search of someone who can 'computer'.

Freya freaks out… Thunderlord sprays and prays. Good thing the convention nerds booked it once Spider-Man came in through the ceiling. The Hydra is staggered by the incoming fire, oddly susceptible, until Thunderlord is forced to hold her fire by… Scout Skipper zipping in at high speed and smashing Doctor Acula over the back of the head! The mad vampire’s head snaps to the side as he flinches from the hard hit… And then Aquila hits the Peacekeeper like Thor hitting a Frost Giant. He body-slams the would-be assassin to the tiles and starts smashing her face in with his shield, over and over, as her helmet starts to deform under the abuse… “That’s not possible…” Danielle Moonstar whispers in confusion, “You can’t hurt a demon with normal weapons… It’s not possible… So it’s not… Oh no.” She closes her eyes, face screwed up in concentration. Doctor Acula, the Purifier Templar, the Hydra, and the Peacekeeper vanish, as if they were never there, and Danielle falls to her knees in shocked despair. “It wasn’t the bear. Maybe it never was the bear, not after the first time. It was me. It was always me…”

The next room is decorated with numerous blocky, weathered carvings of matoran and other beings working, playing, and fighting underneath the symbol of the Three Virtues. The floor is bare, save for dust, and two stone pedestals. On each one, a silver mask rests. And before the leftmost one, a being obscured by a green cloak stands, arms crossed on contemplation. The being seems as of yet unaware of your presence... Or possibly just ignoring you.

2 rounds until Iowa's main battery reloads with AP... Seeing that 6D has been somehow incapacitated by a disgusting coating of slime, Iowa uses Lead Like Roosevelt, giving herself the Bull Moose buff. She's ready to step in and body block for imperiled allies! Iowa also climbs onto the roller coaster with some trepidation. Is this thing really safe?

Sister Rachel looks in the first room to see what is inside. Blueprints are not usually entire rooms, but sometimes people have the oddest ideas about architecture. -
Now that Scarlet has a chance to examine Zoe’s medical condition without the distraction of combat, it’s s horrifying mess. An abomination against the medical profession of the highest order. With the amount of high quality armor steel that appears to have grown intermingled with her bones, it would take a lot more than a wall to break her skull, at least. But that’s not even the worst of it. Her left arm and a fair portion of the left side of her chest are replaced by cybernetics, which are braced around an open space where her left lung should be. Nanites that try to investigate that space stop reporting and don’t return. Her liver, meanwhile, is a liver shaped raging fire that somehow isn’t burning the surrounding tissues. A cybernetic organ attached to her kidneys and digestive tract appears to be feeding waste products directly into the liver fire. And to top it all off, trying to discern her actual age comes up with the incredibly helpful value of ‘ERROR:DIVBY0’. Zoe’s body is a mess of cybernetics, old injuries, and magical anomalies. Forget upright and mobile, it’s amazing she’s still alive. Her body is held together with the medical equivalent of baling wire, chewing gum, electrical tape, and literal sorcery. Her head is fine though. There aren’t even any biological signs of mental illness, much less a concussion. She’s barely even bruised.

"We have a doctor other than me?" The hamsters continue their crazed sprint to nowhere, "THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE!" Zoe charges for the exit, an expression of manic glee and bloodlust on her face, she reaches the door, shoves it hard, and keeps going. The door, hinged on this side, doesn't move an inch as Zoe bounces off it with a resounding clank, sending her to the deck with a clattering crash of metal on metal. "Wait a minute, if they're a doctor and you're made of computers, then why am I going to the computers for healing and the doctor for computers?" The wizard wonders woozily, "Does that grok, Scarlet? It doesn't seem like it does, but extensive experience suggests I have almost zero ability to tell whether something makes sense or not."
-
"SCARLET!" Zoe bursts into the medbay, grinning widely, "You're made of tiny robots! That means you're made of tiny computers, so you can talk to big computers! I need you to computer at computers because the last time I tried to computer a computer, its OS took the Most Honorable Third Option and I like these computers so if they did that I would be sad."

Zoe sits down just in front of the airlock to carefully clean her sword, before sheathing it. She considers going for the cockpit, but then remembers that she is in fact not a particularly good pilot, so she decides to search for an armory instead. Even a crappy gun is better than not having a gun. She happens upon a robot, wielding a chunky SMG, and addresses the mechanical being with her usual grace and charm. "You have a gun. It's a very nice gun. I would like to have that gun. Gimmegimmegimme." "ERROR: UNKNOWN REQUEST. CONTACTING CONTROLLER." A second or two pass while a little light on the Loader's face spins to indicate its working on something. "REQUEST ACCEPTED." The Loader then proceeds to hand the weapon to Zoe. "Wait, that worked?!" Zoe swiftly mag-clamps her new possession to her thigh, "I was expecting that to be way harder. Wait, you have a controller?" Anyone watching Zoe mull this over might get a strong impression of two hamsters, their loathing for one another passing all reason, charging each other while inside separate hamster wheels. "Ah. I see. Thank you for informing me, friend! Don't worry, Zoe Walker's got you covered." The unstable space wizard sidles away, singing a show-tune at the top of her lungs. She has a very good voice, a clear soprano that fills the halls with the echos of cheery music from ages long past.

"Oh no! Don't worry! I got this!" Zoe reaches for her holo-scroll, and readies the spell she prepared for the battle but didn't have a good chance to use in the fight. "Purge!" Zoe casts Burning Purge on the choking Jack. Note that Burning Purge has the side effect of leaving the beneficiary/victim 100% sober. It also hurts like each of your cells was set on fire, because they were, more or less.

“Uh, sure. Shouldn’t hurt it. I can always make a new one if it gets trashed,” Victor projects a copy of Gae Bolg and passes it to Leo. -
"Hah! You? A hero? You must be new since you've not been in the news! I, Necromaster, master of the Necronomicomic, shall- Oh d'arvit that's Captain America I'm screwed!" The party and Spider-Man turn toward where Necromaster is looking, but Captain America is nowhere to be found... Danielle Moonstar stares at Freya's discreetly summoned undead bear creature with glassy-eyed horror as a dark shadow looms over the native American superhero trainee and the oblivious Freya. The teenage girl whips around and screams with existential terror. "BEAR! THE DEMON BEAR!" Freya's 'Bear' Scout Skipper's 'Bear' Aquila's 'Bear' Thunderlord's 'Bear'

Gozer walks through a storm of disc fire, and emerges unscathed, each projectile neatly deflected by his defensive prowess! No tile fires multiple times, even ones the party knows are trapped. It seems the disc launchers are unable to reload themselves.

"No sense waiting around. The ruinous powers are very much in favor of idle hands," Sister Rachel heads for the exit, "And mayhaps you should be more clear with how you would like me to adjust my conduct. 'Practice acting' is very general, and I don't think what I considered my best acting was exactly what you were looking for. Miscommunication among the good is the triumph of the heretic, after all, and truth among the God-Emperor's greatest allies." -
"I could use some healing! Got chewed on a bit. Or a lot. Hard to tell through the burning pain and tooth marks," Zoe requests, as she steps out from behind her hard cover and walks over to have a look at the loot, "Oooh, loot drops. Spicy. I'll take this one. It feels like fire. I'm good at fire. I've been convicted in absentia for arson at least three times as many times as for anything else. It's an omniversal record! Or if it isn't, I need to step up my game."

"If the enemy is nice enough to give us its exact location, there's no sense in letting it stew," Lexiel opines, "Let us deal with it here and now, rather than have it at our backs while we confront something else. I assume we'll need to go in there rather than simply knocking the building down, demon and all? Clearing a house room by room is exceedingly dangerous."

"I could strafe it with my blaster cannons or try to flip it with a proton torpedo, but that might be a bit much for the people inside," Mirri theorizes, "My fighter's weapons are a bit high energy for this, and I'm not a strong enough telekinetic to lift the car. But I can get you close. Not a problem." Mirri locks her S-foils into attack position for greater maneuverability with a distinctive whining hiss, the quantum tertiary wings flickering in and out of visibility as she adjusts course, skimming over the top of the limo with just enough room to spare to lightly caress the roof with the exhaust from her thrusters, before settling the starfighter into position around 8 meters from the ground-bound vehicle, contemptuously disregarding the outgoing gunfire. X-wings are very tough birds. "In position. Now what, doctor?"

Iowa uses Ahead Full, boosting her initiative by 10 (decays 2 per turn if initiative was not increased this round) to help her head for the embattled rescue team in the splash zone faster as she continues heading in that direction. Her marines take the chance to spend a charge of motivation, sending 3d4 damage in rifle fire, empty cola bottles, and harsh language in Trick’s general direction as the battleship passes by him. She’s not sure how he got here, but the civilians still need help.
