If you like Bugs, I shall invite (both you, and @walpurgis actually) to vote for them (or for any other type you like/dislike) here! It's great fun (even though there are a few heated arguments! )

Hmmmm, true, I hadn't thought about that... It's like a Baton Pass chain, but with abilities! Yes, Normal is extremely fun, and I like the nice coverage options they have in Electric, Fire, Grass, Ground, Water, Psychic. Yes, I really like Bibarel too! I'm kind of a missionary in favour of underrated 'mons.

I checked it on Bulbapedia, it works. Gastro Acid works too. Entrainment though, will fail. Thank you! It is indeed, Sawsbuck is (on top of my fav 'mon), quite strong. Especially if you set sun up, it can outspeed anything, and hits really hard too. Plus, it learns Nature Power by TM. It is by itself, invaluable in Reborn!

Kecleon's Skill Swap would've been incredible! Give it Protean! Jesus Christ, behold the beast! I'm starting my Normal monotype too, with a shiny Deerling for starter I have grown to be really fond of this type... Good luck @Dartu-san! Maybe you restore NORMALITY in the Reborn region!

@Dartu-san @Delphoxian Prophecy I back-tracked the voting and found what the last list was. I updated it based on your votes. The correct current form of the list is the one I'm giving below. People who vote next, please use this updated form to avoid carrying on any mistakes. Even though that mistake was in favour of Bugs, so God damnit... Grass: 22 Steel: 11 Ground: 10 Ice: 19 Ghost: 21 Dark: 6 Bug: 19 Rock: 3 Poison: 12

@Dartu-san I think you have made a mistake with your voting... You sure you updated the correct list? Bug was having 19 I think, not 23...

@Chim Your "first impression" of me was when you got all uppity for a joke I made? Saying that "you wanted to be that guy"? Since I don't particularly enjoy getting insulted, I'm just gonna ignore you from now on. Besides, I hadn't even noticed you hadn't voted for the previous 2-3 days. I don't sit in here patrolling when you vote, you see.

Meet Viva Aldia, my Sawsbuck. She's glad to meet you in her winter "clothing"! Regardless of the game I play, Sawsbuck will be in the squad, unless the run is defined in a way that it doesn't fit in. I adore this Pokemon...
-
@Chim Well, honestly, I said that (regardless if it fits or not), Dark type is by default edgy. You can accept it or not, but it's the truth. Grimdark, macabre, disaster inducing, nightmarish, etc. etc. With many elements that I find needless. Like the bones of Mandibuzz. "All those bland Bugs that have nothing going for them..." I'm just gonna laugh at it! Also, it's nice that you passionately support the types you like, and try to kill the types you don't like, but voting every 14 hours instead of 24 isn't really according to the rules of the game... Grass: 22 Steel: 11 Ground: 10 Ice: 19 Ghost: 21 Dark: 7 Bug: 19 Rock: 4 Poison: 12
-
@Wolfox Like for that image. I'm still laughing. Also, Absol (or Mega-Absol, that is) should've been a Dark/Fairy. Another proof of that is its Pokedex entry. Actually Poor Absol
-
@Chim I don't know any vultures wearing a bone on their hair/plumage. Or wearing a "skirt" of jaw teeth. Come on, seriously, you just said that Mandibuzz is not edgy? xD Edit: Also, save the "wtf"s for yourself. I didn't really say anything that isn't true. Google the definition of edgy, then see every Dark type, one by one, and compare. If you like edgy, it's OK. But they are edgy!

@Azeria I don't care if the "edgy" element of Dark pokemon is properly implemented/justified. I don't like it regardless... Plus, it's not just my opinion, it is an undeniable fact that Dark type 'mons are complete edgelords... Just look at their designs.
-
I hate that smug-faced bird with a passion. In fact, I dislike Dark because all designs are too edgy, or far-fetched. It's just a matter of taste, different people, different likes/dislikes.

Grass: 24 Steel: 12 Ground: 13 Ice: 24 Fighting: 4 Normal: 2 Ghost: 22 Dark: 9 Bug: 25 Rock: 8 Poison: 11 @Zargerth Apart from some exceptions (e.g. Chansey, Aipom, Skitty, Glameow), I generally really like Normal types. Especially Pyroar, Sawsbuck and Kangaskhan. It's a pity most people think they're dull... Dark types on the other hand... I loathe them. I literally only like Pangoro, Mightyena and (somewhat) Greninja (only the normal one, Ash-Gren is an abomination), Drapion and Skuntank.

Pokemon Reawakened Official Dev. Blog (New Release Available!)

Add some, but only a short summary Right now, the summary is too vague, interesting, but can get better! Ohhh I see (about IV/EVs). That's great then! -
Pokemon Reawakened Official Dev. Blog (New Release Available!)
Jess replied to Champion Charmander's topic in Fan-game Exposé
@Champion Charmander You keep your cards close to your chest for the time being I see! The game looks promising, from what I see from the little story-related information! I'm not sure about the IV/EV checker... I'd prefer those stats to be visible, like in Reborn... Having to keep visiting NPCs to check them makes it troublesome... I'll certainly keep an eye on this! Like the idea about custom moves too, but not too sure about the new Abilities, as it is easy to make it extremely unbalanced... But, we'll see this on the way on! Good luck in your endeavor! Don't forget to hold a Focus Sash! -

Jaggi's Ground Monotype Run [Amaria down - see you again in Ep18!]
Jess replied to Gentleman Jaggi's topic in Team Showcase
@Gentleman Jaggi Damn, forgot about her Swampert. Yes. Not really weak to Electricity indeed. By the way, I wonder why you didn't go for Poison Jab/Sludge Wave with Nidoking against her Ludicolo and opted for Megahorn. A Sheer Force-boosted STAB Poison Jab would've probably OHKO Ludicolo... -

Honestly, Stunfisk would've been godlike in Trick Room with Water Surface Field on. I'm not sure about whether it could OHKO Ludicolo, Rotom and Kingdra though... Maybe after Stealth Rocks? Who knows... -
Jaggi's Ground Monotype Run [Amaria down - see you again in Ep18!]
Jess replied to Gentleman Jaggi's topic in Team Showcase
I was in this situation when I faced Titania in my Poison mono. Grassy Terrain'ed and Flame Burst'ed it up, but then, I had a timer on my head to defeat her as quickly as possible. I could never get her Aegislash down during this time (cause stupid Magical Seed in her field stalled it out), so I had to make adjustments and have more aces up my sleeve to defeat her... By the way, I doubt that any Ground types can learn Electric Terrain anyways, so, cheap or not, it was out of the question by default for you -
Jaggi's Ground Monotype Run [Amaria down - see you again in Ep18!]
Jess replied to Gentleman Jaggi's topic in Team Showcase
Good job @Gentleman Jaggi! You defeated the final one of the banes of your Earthy existence! Trick Room works very well with Ground types indeed. Now, just a tiny bit of info... It was better that you froze the Field, because, if you had gone for the Grassy Terrain strategy, you'd have to worry about setting Grassy Terrain up again as well (it would last 5 or 8 turns, if Torterra was holding an Amplified Rock). In general, any field you create by using Grassy/Misty/Psychic/Electric Terrain, with or without combination with any other moves (e.g Grassy + Heat Wave for Burning field), will last only for the amount of turns the Terrain move would last. Then, it will revert to the original field. In this case, the Water Surface field. This way, you only had to worry about setting up Trick Room again (and maybe Light Screen as well).
