Both difficulties have their ups and downs. Intense is more geared towards people more familiar and more committed and ultimately enjoy a much better experience for being more experts of the system. There's absolutely nothing wrong with playing normal mode as forcing yourself to suffer because a few people like the higher difficulty isn't worth it. There's a reason why there are multiple difficulties

While I do prefer Intense mode, partly because I like using debug for perfect ivs, the first two gym battles feel insanely challenging if you don't have the right pokemon.

Okay, so after testing it out and talking it over with said friend, decided that the best way to record the battles would be to use the MKXP client, but without Fast Forward. Fast Forward makes things go by way too fast for a recording.

The Geara and Zetta fight broke me. So if you get past that, kudos.

The Geara/Zetta got nerfed a little bit to not be as merciless as before. Still pretty torturing though.

Well, I have started and have already made the first battle recorded. About a few hundred more to go.

I dunno, guess part of me just wants to share my experiences. And...not sure what the second comment was about.

I wasn't putting words into anyone's mouths with this. This was just an observation I made. But if it'll be for the best for everyone if I went quiet, then sure, I can do that. Just say the word. Besides, I was not even remarking about Pokemon in general. I can name more franchises where this can apply: Smash Bros, League of Legends and other highly competitive franchises.

As for Solaris, I never truly considered him being a better image for it. Like I said, this was just a random thought that came onto me.

I'm bamboozled as to what Azery said. I think it's an interesting observation on Anstane's part. I think Lin did choose hydreigon as her ace with a thought to aesthetics, but if it's a hydreigon that can survive a fairy type attack from an A-ninetales, then it must be hax hydreigon. She only cares for power, which does mirror elitism in games, but for some reason I'm reminded me of people who hack mons with illegal EV spreads or movesets only to win definitely lol

I thought he was talking to IntSys, but I honestly have no idea what Az was saying. As for Lin being a cheater, definitely the equivalence of that. She bent the rules of time and logic to her knee.

For anyone else seeing this:

can;t say much about reborn discord, as I'm never there, but I can say that the community would take a great hit if we lost you

It's not really that you aren't welcomed, but more like you are getting older and perhaps wiser. The surface of Reborn stays relatively the same to the point you will eventually become bored of it. I've been around 5 years and a good majority of game discussions are just the same thing week after week. Slowly it's certain aspects that are becoming daily and if you aren't a fan of it...you feel like an outsider.

I'm not bashing on the community as this is just the surface. To really keep enjoying the site you eventually have to find people with similar tastes or willing to explore different things to talk about. You end up getting to know people better and you don't give a damn what people think....well people you don't talk to. I'm sure there are people who'd love for me to leave or work on my "attitude." Those people are just gonna have to learn to...Deal with it :P!

Most people don't really last more than a year around here so don't feel bad if it's just not fun anymore and you want to go on a hiatus or just leave. It happens and it's understandable. Forums are so much better than Discord though as I really only like using discord to keep up and chat with certain people. I begrudgingly use it more due to it being more active.

And yeah nothing against jade druid , and priest gonna invade the ladder. 

For those wondering what the nerfs are:

Innervate now only gives one mana crystal (So now it's literally counterfeit Coin, nerfs Jade Druid a bit and greatly nerfs Aggro Druid, one of Jade Druid's weaknesses);
Fiery War Axe now costs 3 mana (Because the most iconic weapon totally needed a nerf without giving anything to compensate, even with Pirate Warrior, one of Jade Druid's weaknesses.)
Murloc Warleader got nerfed so it only gives +2 Attack rather than +2 Attack/+1 Health (Hurts Mid-range Paladin, another one of Jade Druid's weaknesses.)

Spreading Plague got nerfed to 6 mana (Oh hey, a nerf that only affects Jade Druid. Shame they already have infinite ramp...)

And, finally, for no real reason, they decided to nerf Hex to four mana because why not. (I can see why they did that, though: Polymorph is 4 mana, why should Hex cost less.)

It's funny because a reply to one of your recent statuses @Pμrple mentioned how Druid wasn't that OP and Warrior and Paladin were more powerful.
