Man, these ads, they came back again. I don't want to sound hard but please don't post ads here. This was almost an add free place until the ads cropped up from a month or so. I'm not against people promoting their products, but there is a place for that too, like pop-up windows and the like.

This feeling when your parents don't believe in psychological scarring and refuse to admit to their flaws as parents. There's nothing worse than a parent who thinks they're always right and I'm wrong, and that I just endlessly respect them because they birthed me.
No. They lost my trust and I deflect their attempts at speaking to me for a very good reason: they belittle me, act like what I do is pointless, hate that I put my time, effort and money into game development, and their hatred towards art. I don't respect parents like that.
On top of that my dad acts like I should've been done with college 2 years ago, and is the most impatient human being I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Threatens to disown and kick me out of the house, WHILE I'M IN COLLEGE TRYING TO GET A JOB TO LEAVE! You want me out? Then let me fucking finish school and leave to where I can sustain myself financially!
How do you sleep at night knowing that you do stuff like this? Acting like you're justified in being literal scum? If I had kids, which I won't because I'd be repeating what they did, I sure as shit wouldn't subject them to that kind of torture for 18+ years of their lives. A lot of what I say and do now has been dictated by their awful parenting throughout my lives. Their constant fights growing up as a kid and me having to be around it and "putting up with it", because lol they're my parents and I have to endlessly respect them.
In short: fuck them, fuck what they say and do to me, AND FUCK what they have made me into! As if I even had a choice about it anyways.

Remember one thing my dear friend, you come thru your parents, not just because of them. They aren't the only reason for your existence. Even if they are wrong, respect them but don't lose your temperament. You are nothing without it. Think of it like this, the strong warriors never bother with the weak even if they come in swarms. Your life is yours. Live it well. May the almighty ease your tensions. This is an age where parental care can also be harmful to us, we should endure everything and move on ahead. I can't give you a panacea to this, but you yourself are the best solution here. Smile at everything. Then, people wouldn't bother saying anything coz ur attitude will be strong once you learn to smile. There is a fine line of difference b/w parental affection and trouble here. Be careful and yet saintly happy. Know what to speak where(most importantly) and how.

Yeah. I get that too. It's more like, Is it complete? How unique and better is it compared to what I've played? Is it worth my time? and stuff like these. Even if it doesn't come out loud, it's still that big mental barrier and is also one of the reasons which stopped me from starting Rejuvenation loooooong ago. But, around the time of v8 release, I was like "Download. Extract. Play." and was happy to have done that.
@Zargerth Your reasons are the exactly same reasons why I don't own a 3DS or a Switch and its games. Also, it is sooo slow in my laptop that I lose track of the waiting time if I have no watch to look at. I'm a crazy pokefan (some friends of mine also refer to me as the Prof.) but when X&Y and all other wtf 3ds stuff came, I'm more like.......................just this.

Hi everyone. I'm amazed by the amount of special runs in this thread. I'm not in a position to make a new one right now, but if anyone wants to, I can suggest one, which I believe no one has done so far. How about the Elemental Run?? You know how the 5 elements formed life are water, fire, earth(ground), lightning(electric) and wind(flying). The rules will be as follows:
- Make sure you use only pure elemental pokemon without any secondary type. The 6th one can be a pure Dragon as they are a mixture of almost all these elements. Use Normal/Flying for Flying type. Fairies are otherworldly, so, even if they are a mixture of all elements, they are not to be considered.
- No TMs or Mega rings to be brought using Sandbox mode features. Move Tutors can be used.
- Don't use any starters. yesI'mlookingatyouGen2trio.
- Ofc, in every run, you don't change your team once set.
- Please use real strategies and not dumb revive full restore spamming, unless it's Solaris's garchomp. Try to use strategy there too. Send me a video of his battle tho, if you can. If not, photo's fine.
Create a thread for this and include me in it or tag me there so that I can access it.

Here's a wacky thought. If the ones I mentioned above are elements, then, all types can be derived from it.
The secondary types have lesser concentration of that element than in a primary type. Ex: A Flying/Dragon has more flying characteristic than a Dragon/Flying one.
This is either totally insane or awesome,depending on how you look at it.
To add a secondary type, increase the elemental proportion in question (Ex: More Fire For Fire/Dragon) or just add the type (in Normal/Flying pokemons).
Normal- Water+Fire+Ground+Electric in equal proportions.
Fighting- Same as Normal, but higher Ground energy (for that extra "ow" in their attacks).
Flying- Flying
Poison- Fire+Water+Electric with Electric in exaltation.
Ground- Ground
Rock- Ground+Flying in equal proportions.
Bug- Grass+Flying in equal proportions.
Ghost- Same as Dark but with low Fire and Electric but Flying in exaltation.
Steel- Ground+Fire+Water(scanty amounts) with Ground in exaltation.
Fire- Fire
Water- Water
Grass- Water+Fire+Ground all in equal proportions.
Electric- Electric
Psychic- Fire+Electric in equal proportions and scanty Ground energy.
Ice- Water+Flying in equal proportions(the water trapping the flying energy) and scanty Ground energy (for that solid-y sturdy feel).
Dragon- Water+Fire+Ground+Electric with one or two in exaltation.
Dark- Fire+Electric+Ground with low Electric energy(for that dark feeling).
Fairy- All elements with more Electric and Fire probably.
