In terms of other games to play, I would add to the suggestion above: Desolation, Insurgence, and Empyrean. All of these I have finished and enjoyed along the same lines as Rejuvenation. Desolation is a newer game, so it is a bit less finished (I think its at around 7-8 badges? not completely sure). This game is modeled after Reborn and Rejuvenation by the creator's own words. This one is one par with Reborn and Rejuvenation for me. The I'm not sure which is which (Not sure what the order I got them was), but one of the two you're missing is behind a waterfall in Keneph Jungle. Be persistent and you'll find it. The other is inside the cave in Redcliff Town.

I currently have from a new play through (just beat the 6th gym, so not yet complete) the mega stones for Banette, Houndoom, Venusaur, Sharpedo, and Manectric. Not sure if some of the ones you get change between V4 and V5 though.
