I'm no expert when it comes to OU, but if anything before you go through all the trouble of breeding. I'd suggest making the team as you see fit, baring what the previous two suggestions made in mind and make the team in Pokemon Showdown to test it out, then make appropriate changes based on performances. If I was still into the faff of IV breeding and what-not, that's what I'd do. Up to you though.

Buongiorno people of Reborn! How's it going? Well I'm hoping. So, about that title; as some of you may remember from my introduction I'm currently doing a masters degree and it's come to that time of year where I need to do a dissertation... Joy... Anyway, whinging about it aside, unlike my last one which was totally field work based - I could get away with standing in a field for a week more or less to collect data - this time I actually need to be somewhat sociable. Which is where you; the lovely people of Reborn come in. If this topic doesn't fall into Trainer's Journal, I apologise and ask that a mod or other staff member helps me out with relocating it to the appropriate forum. Like I said earlier; unlike my last one which was entirely field work based, this one requires collecting data from people in order for me to gauge public perceptions regarding online piracy. Of course, it's entirely up to you whether you wish to participate or not. The survey itself will take as little as five minutes. For those of you that choose to participate, I am obliged to inform you that all data collected is entirely anonymous, data provided is stored in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998, and by submitting your survey you are therefore giving consent to have your results used. The study is awaiting approval from University College London's Research Ethics Committee, however I have been reassured by the Department of Security and Crime Science that it will be approved. In the unlikely event that it is not approved, all data collected will be destroyed. Once the study has been concluded and the final report submitted, the data will be destroyed by December 2016. Kinda difficult for a guy with an FT character as their avi and part time editor of the wiki not to notice it. However, I suspect that Titannia's name is derived more from the metal Titanium than it is of the Shakespearean Queen of the Fairies.

Florinia was easiest for me and Shade was probably the most difficult - however, he was also the most entertaining battle(s).

You're saying that about Brandy, but someone brought up a good point on the wiki about could Brandy tempt Lucy to join Alvarez? Regarding the point about Charlotte being a gym leader whilst in the orphanage, wasn't Cal supposed to be the fire type gym leader before it was entrusted to Charlotte? Also, if Laura was originally *spoilers* a member of the Elite 4, how could she have kept her position whilst under Sigmund's 'ahem' care? Just some food for thought.

I'm terrible at coming up with nicknames for Pokemon, seriously, if I ever have a child I might just leave naming them up to the mother cuz I'm that bad >.< Having said that, some of my favourites include; Fleet - Gliscor Wood - Mamoswine Mac - Excadrill As part of a mono-ground team I ran in White 2, meanwhile the Dragon team were named after things from Arthurian legend, so we had; Gawain - Dragonite Lynette - Hydreigon Guinevere - Kingdra Griflet - Flygon Excalibur - Haxorus Nivian - Druddigon In Pokemon Y, a couple of friends really liked my Garchomp's nickname; Fulcrum, for reasons I don't know. Another one I had was a Staraptor named Typhoon. Anyone who knows fighter jets will hopefully understand that one. My favourite one that I can remember though is my Toxicroak from White 2, which was called Elbow, because I caught it, literally the ball clicked, right as a song by the band Elbow, that I was listening to at the time, finished.

Seeing as how the authorities allowed Dr. Connell to conduct ECT upon the minors in his care, it would appear that the authorities of Reborn have always been leaving something to be desired. With regards to the other gym leaders pre and post Gen-V, it is certainly upsetting that they're left as nothing more than glorified checkpoints in the game. As has been said, Satoshi Tajiri stated that the Pokemon Adventures manga was the best representation of the world he'd envisioned the games to be like. All one has to do is read the battles of the Kanto and Johto gym leaders and the subsequent conclusion to the plot of the GSC arc to see just how amazing the characters are.

Only ever been to Reddit on whims or if friends have showed me stuff there. I hate the layout of reddit and it's damn near impossible for me to try and find my way around the place. Plus the only reddit community I've ever really tried to understand kinda just shit on another fan community like it and yet was more than happy to try and plagiarise content from the very same community they were shitting on to try and make their's better. So not a fan of Reddit based off of that. 4Chan though, from an outside perspective with little experience dealing with it just always sounds like a country ruled by anarchists. Having said that, if there's one - arguably - good thing to come out of 4chan, it's Anonymous. Even though they might've revolutionised online organised crime, they've certainly done some good things online as well as their morally questionable stuff.

Everyone can be grumpy, I just happen to be such a realist that optimists mistake it for pessimism... the bastards.
