  1. The game is synchronized with your computer's time. If something cant happen at night ingame, you can only do it after reaching morning IRL
  2. I started the game twice choosing Torgic and the contents of the egg changed in each run. Both were episode 15. First time was a Sneasel, second time was Axew. I dont think the starter is what determines it
  3. Alright, guess I will wait till an updated version. Eagerly.
  4. That moment Rejuvenation becomes more of a visual novel than it already was.
  5. The current version goes till which badge?
  6. Well, Deltas and new Megas are kinda charming (dat mega-flygon). Biggest problem with the story is the dialogue. Like, we can see they thought this out beforehand. But in this game story occurs mostly via dialogue and the dialogue is bad, so as a consequence the story takes a hit. It doesn't have a flow to it, it has something it lacks that other games have that makes characters, regardless of being good or evil, feel... feel something to it. I don't know how to explain. When I play it, I feel everything so... forced. Like, in the other games, you can feel the characters are human, regardless of their aligment or where they belong. That's something even official pokemon games do to the antagonist teams. In Insurgence, with exceptions I can count with the fingers of my left hand, most are so... lacking something. Kinda like they are enemies for the sake of it.
  7. Didn't beat it yet, but apparently goes till the 6th badge.
  8. Enjoy? Yes. Truth to be told, I quite liked it, but the dialogue is really bad so far. Also, there isn't much of a difficulty and I actually think it isn't because of pokemon availability, but more due to the design. The hardest battle so far I had in the game was one in which our rival would have pokemons at the level cap (around 30) while ours would be around 20, leading to excessive grinding to cover this disadvantage in an area where EXP is quite scarce (luckily after this battle exp is never a problem). The game has quite some ideas and its fun, but I feel it lacks things in its execution. Due to that, its plot takes a heavy hit and so does the difficulty. I feel you would enjoy it, for me it hasn't been as much as Reborn and Rejuvenation, but the Delta forms have a charm that vary from person to person. You may find them enjoyable and a replacement till Sun/Moon.
  9. That's the strange part. I'm pretty sure there is already a level cap implemented before the update. Like, each gym I beat gave be a badge sayign pokemon up to X level would obey me and that I could use common candies should level be too far.
  10. Apparently, Crawli will help you out in thawing the ice
  11. I dunno, dude... here: Like, I just beat the third gym (maybe 4th?) I guess. So I will go through onwards for now to see what this difficulty is about. The more secrets part is interesting, but it's not like i'm that far in the game. More story is probably the episode's and the rest is tweaks and stuff. Maybe it's because i'm not into Full Moon as I am into Reborn and Rejuvenation, but I don't feel like starting it over. I guess I will update now before continuing though, so that the changes are already implemented for me mid-story
  12. I don't know if I downloaded a previous version, or it is a common bug, or just with me, but when we go meet that Ranger Gym Leader (the flying leader, the one with a Xatu), she sends us to that graveyard. So, the thing is, she tells us the entrance is East of the route before that lava cave. However, the actual entrance is West of the route after that cave. Then, after we finish everything and go back, we are teleported to near a wall in the route before the lava cave (sorry, I dont remember the route's numbers). Also, the Zorua of Hardy was imitating a Growlithe and the displayed name was Mightyena
  13. So, I have been reading stuff and thigns about the story and realized what I wrote in the title happens more times than I imagined. Also that I may have done goofed a few times, indirectly handicapped Melia and stuff like that. So, apparently, there are cutscenes we can miss in the game. The first I noticed was confronting Ren in the library during the beginning of the game. Then, I realized there is also a case of some cutscene that I also missed that shows the origin of Angie. Also, it seems there are different results to our choices in Rejuvenation, more than Reborn, in which the game continued with some dialogues changing. First one that comes to my mind is the Magma Stone quest. I chose to keep the stone over the granny's life, which resulted in the maid trying to take it away by force which resulted in breaking it. In the other stiuation, which we give right away, we lose the stone, BUUUUT as it turns out, something would happen and Crawli would reveal another path to the cave which could be used to acquire another Magma Stone. Now, while in the above one the result is about the same, we have another scene which our actions, this time indirectly, change the story. Well, I have to admit, I let the Garbodor die. Then, laaaater I learned that had I used the key I found in the ground in the past to open an apartment, something would be gotten that would allow Erick to save the Garbodor in the future. What really was interesting was that in my playthrough, after that, Melia points out in a conversation that she doesn't have a full team; only 5 pokemon, which means that in the long run, the results of my actions would either mean she will lack firepower in a future battle, or catch a different pokemon to cover the last slot. Which makes me think that in the other scenario she would keep the Garbodor. The last variation of scenarios I identified was by the end of the most recent episode. We are give ways to expose or keep shut about the admin of Bladestar. I saw the three outcomes and chose to keep silent all the way. ''Gee, Lord C, why would you do that?'' Because Absol girl was right: I have to analyze and decide what's right myself. Exposing the girl to her brother leads her to be captured with use thinking we did the right thing until she is taken away by the police, which made me realize it may have been a bad idea. Telling her that we know the truth leads us to joining Bladestar, which doesn't seem exactly evil, more like extremists. Now, while we have the choice of exposing her or not after that (I would choose ''not'' in this case) this would mean we would be members of Bladestar which means should shit happen to them in next episode, we may be discovered as new recruit and shit happens to us too. Telling Absol girl of the truth seemed the right thing, but it results in Flora (Yay! I remembered her name) being exposed yadda yadda, doesnt seem like a good idea. So, I decided to remain silent, which probably will give me more of a freedom on what to do in the next episode. So, my point in this thread is: anyone knows about these missable cutscenes and what happens in them and others of that kind? Also, same to the alternate scenarios? And lastly, what do you think will be the results of our choices regarding Florin and Flora in the next episode?
  14. Wait... what? WHAT?! We can actually steal items... and keep them?!
  15. So, yeah, I beat the Ice Gym, realized Protean doesn't work in the game and that Oblivion Wing doesn't steal HP, etc. So, I'm at the part Olvin gives Luna the choice to join him. Tried both ways and doesn't seem to have imediate difference, but does anyone know what joining him or not makes to the story in the long-term?
  16. Isn't there a tale we read in books in Platinum and explains why people don't use weapons in the Pokemon world? One of a knight that abandoned his sword or something? EDIT: found it in the wikia: EDIT 2: instead of posting a wall of text, I will just post the wiki link, kay?
  17. Guys, I'm trying and barging in all alleyways I can find, but I only found Zorua once, in Magma. Is there an order/weather/time I have to do it? EDIT - It keeps appearing only as a Zangoose that keeps fleeing over and over EDIT 2 - Seems like I overlapped two events which explain the confusion. Problem solved!
  18. Awesome! Thanks! That explains some stuff I read about having a specific time to challenge them. May also explain something I heard once about characters in Reborn being based off real people
  19. Found those videos. They are really useful! Thanks, dude. One thing I'm still unsure: are the leaders just A.I. or are they actually players?
  20. The prototype one, that was the origin of the Reborn we know it Like, there are videos of gameplay? A story of sorts? I found somethings about the original 18 leaders, with some being different from the ones we have in game. Stuff like that. Anyone knows how that era was like?
  21. Alright, Heliolisk and Ludicolo seem solid. I guess my Hyper Voice Sylveon may tank a bit until he builds up power and my Hawlucha, in the small yet possible oportunity to use Swords Dance, may help too. From that are 4 mons, then comes Rotom-W and final one may be my Blaziken, since he may hit with fighting with enough power to kill before being killed the mons that have Ice in their typing. INB4 next gym is actually Titania or some other
  22. Heard reading the diary will be optional in ep 16, so I guess there may be a different ''outcome'' to explore. Outcome between these ('' '') because something will lead up to the same events, but reasons/dialogues will be different.
