There's an event in Obsidia Ward I think. One of the buildings south of the PokéCentre has a guy whose Lillipup will run around and eventually after finding him a few times you get to keep it. I think.

Try Trick Room if speed is an issue. You can teach it to Mimikyu and you get one for free by doing the Mirage event at the Desert. @DarkLucario79

Did you get the event Surskit in Peridot Ward? If so you can train it up until you get Sticky Web, evolve it, and then train it up some more and use it to get up the web and set some speed control. Your team is extremely slow so it would be useful. You could also get a Stunfisk and trade it for Vulpix in Agate Circus and then use the stolen Cyndaquil from 7th street with the Sticky Webs. Drought + Typhlosion Eruption and a seed (synthetic I think?) will ensure a one shot on everything bar maybe Umbreon.
