Oh in that case anything lol just pick some strong stuff you have and go wild I used a Pawniard, Mienfoo, Sneasel to speed through the game when Wonder Trade was added Archen might be good early with Wing Attack and Rock Throw at lv0~5 and then Acrobatics at 28

Starter Torchic with Speed Boost would be a good choice. If Numel is still an event after Julia then get that as well I think it's Rain weather at the train station. It'll help you breeze past the Tangrowths very easily :]

I've got a shiny. I don't need anything in return but if you have a shiny you don't plan on using then that'd be fine

@Scyl is also my favourite Champion but Steven is a close second. I'm extremely bias towards Steven or Cynthia would be my favourite instead; she seems like she could have been us (a protagonist) if we didn't exist. She's just a regular person with her own hobbies who does what she wants and happens to be the best trainer in all of Sinnoh. Steven's got that cool air to him though and seems more intimidating/mysterious/unapproachable than Cynthia (in Gen III at least). Finding and challenging him in Emerald for one last battle in Meteor Falls was great as a kid too, and teaming up with him at Mossdeep is my favourite tag battle in Pokémon.

All the Eevees are our pals. They usually specialize in something, like how Eeveelutions are mono-type. I'm thinking the doppleganger is the child Lin whose lines we keep hearing throughout the story, starting when we chase El down the grand staircase.
