  1. Skwovet's catch rate is 55 instead of 255.
  2. I checked the FAQ, but it didn't say and I searched for learnset, but that didn't help either. Help please?
  3. Which chart does this game use?
  4. Neither the wiki or the pokemon location guide has been helpful as they just say evolve eevee. I am looking for the evolution info for sylveon and Umbreon. Mainly while trying to look for this information, I saw people complaining about eevee evolves into sylveon when they wanted Umbreon/Espeon and I want to know how that works. Apperently it isn't linke to a fairy move so how di I avoid ending up with two sylveons later? That being said, someone should probably explain how to get all the eeveelutions either in the wiki or location guide.
  5. Your uu team does have a significant weakness to dark/ghost with half of your team being weak to it. Also I can see you having some problems dealing with dragon type pokemon as you have no fairy type and only metagross. Metagross due to it's low speed stat with likely have to eat 2 attacks on the switch unless it uses bullet punch. Lose metagross and and outrage can ruin your day. As for ubers, I'm just going to second everything that Viscount said.
  6. I'm not for a romance on this either. I'm a girl who likes to play as a girl and would not appreciate having my character forced into a lesbian relationship with Melia. Nothing against lesbians, but it's just not my cup of tea. I would rather just have the time that would have to be spent programming a romance(s) be spent on actually progressing the game. Such as coding in more areas/pokemon/plot etc. Something that all of us would like, instead of something that only 60% of us would like.
  7. They might prefer bounsweet over rowlet or don't want to deal with the added ghost type.
  8. Oh I think I did get it after all. Thanks for jogging my memory.
  9. I tried interacting with that chair both standing on it and and next to it and nothing happened. Do you have to find that note first?
  10. @VitaniDaReal Did not know about that field effect ruining dark's day as I'm not there yet. Good to know.
  11. @Exodus Ok with that team comp, Chandelure should be fine.
  12. Well first I am going to be frank, I would like to recommend that you ditch the grass type as it's very redundant with the combination of water and electric. Water like grass is super effective againist rock/ground while electric is good againist water which doesn't leave a niche for grass. However if you really want that grass type, then at least try to go for one that has dark, fairy, fighting or ground as it's sub type. Now you can ignore this, but doing so will make your run harder. Aside from that, I highly recommend that you add the following types to your team: Fighting, ground, fairy and dark. I also recommend that you add one of the following two types which are poison and steel. My reasons for this are as followed. Fighting is the only type that is super effective against normal pokemon. Ground is the only typing that is super effective againist electric pokemon. Fairy is super effective to both fighting and dragon pokemmon, both of which are very powerful. Dark type pokemon are one of the only two types that is super effective againist ghost and the only one of those two options that also resists it. Also useful againist psychic pokemon. As for steel and poison, those types are the only ones that are super effective against fairy type pokemon.
  13. @Octavius Thanks for what you said, but I think you forgot something. "And, in the case of most gym leader fights, that" You kind of trailed of there, was that meant to go with point 2? I'm not quite sure.
  14. Well you also have to remember that Chandelure's dual typing is a double edged sword. It brings more another stab option to the table, but also two added weaknesses to ghost/dark. That being said, without knowing your team, I can't tell you how detrimental that might be to your team. If your team already has a psychic and a ghost type on it, then I would really recommend keeping Typhlosion rather then giving your team a crippling weakness to those two types.
  15. You can still trade, but it's a bit convoluted as it involves messing with the save files. It was done before on reborn before trading became a thing there as I got a togepi that way.
  16. I do agree that douse sounds stupid particularly if you already have access to surf. That being said I do agree that good tms shouldn't be available in the beginning. That is part of the difficulty which is to work with what your mon naturally learns rather then just slap a bunch of tm moves on it. That being said, as you get farther in the game, the tm quality should gradually improve. Now I'm not saying to throw tms like earthquake or ice beam at us, but perhaps some like dragon tail, focus blast, grass knot and scald? The first one has low base power, but is excellent for phasing out enemy pokemon. Focus Blast is a solid move, but it comes with a significant accuracy problem which can make it unreliable. Grass knot is a more situional move, but can be amazing for the right pokemon to remove what would normally be a counter. Lastly scaled has lower base power then surf, but a potent 30% burn chance that can make it strategic pick over surf. @Wolfox While I agree with the sentiment, I would like to disagree in regards to two of the moves you mentioned. 1. Roost. You are forgetting a very important detail about that move which is that it allows flying types to drop the typing for the turn. While yes feel free to use the max potion just to get blasted down with ice beam/stone edge/thunderbolt again while with roost those attacks are no longer SE. Besides sometimes you don't need more then 50% anyway and 10 roost are a lot cheaper on the budget then 10 hyper potions. 2. Grass knot, this move has actually been popular on competitive move sets as a check for bulky water/rock/ground types. A lot of the really defensive water types tend to be pretty heavy and we all know rock/ground types tend to be on the heavy side as well. Now you don't teach this move to grass type pokemon, you teach it to stuff like infernape as a coverage move for stuff like swampert. @Alex As for the custom gym leader moves. Perhaps in the interest of saving coding time, a guide could be written explaining what each move does would be in order? That way if people want to know what they are facing they can look it up and for those who don't want to know, they can simply not read it.
  17. @Octavius I haven't gotten to that point in the game yet, but I must admit it turns down my enthusiasm to actually get to that point. Now don't get me wrong, I love hard pokemon games and that was part of the reason why I adore Reborn so much even if it made me struggle in a few places. However reborn did pretty good when it came to experience so i never felt that I had to grind and grind and grind. Heck training up a new team member wasn't that bad. However I believe that there is good difficulty and bad difficulty. Now in my opinion lack of experience between gum battles is bad difficulty particularly in a game that often forces you to run more then 6 pokemon which only exacerbates the issue.
  18. I heard that Misdreavous was axed which is fine, just for one thing. You see I had a game in the previous version and thus had one, but...it got messed up somehow. Not sure what happened as I triple checked my save location and it wasn't on the list of bad places. Moving on, I ended up starting over on the new version in which the pokemon had been axed. So basically I want one as I would have had one if it hadn't been for save file shenanigans. Not sure if I will use it as I generally prefer dark types to ghost, but I heard it might come in handy later and I would like the option to be there. So can someone help me out?
  19. Ah soft resetting for a jackpot starter. I did that once for an eevee. Love my sylveon, but man is it painful to do even though I got lucky after a half hour.
  20. Can time of day be added to the guide? I ended up having to ask in the discord chat about the nidorans as I mostly play at night and thus had been searching futilely for quite a while. Love the guide btw makes it much easier to identify pokemon by area.

  22. Discord fixed the issue and I'm in. Thanks guys!
  23. Well it isn't working for me. I see that Ikaru, Azery and Zumi are on, could you maybe ping one of them on discord for me?
  24. Nope, it still wants me to verify.
