Cheap (Free) Lemonades and buyable Blue Moon Ice Cream would be great. Maybe we could refight some Gym Leaders up there too? I could see Radomus chilling with his Gardevoir in a Penthouse, innocently... very innocently
-
Argh. You got Golett. I found Elgyem on the totem pole. Again ;-; Also, No Guard Golett. 100 acc Dynamic Punch It might be a good Idea to breed Icicle Crash onto Mamoswine. (from Beartic, found in cave opposite Shade). Ice Shard is just not good enough, but keep it for priority

Drilbur is luck based. 1/18 chance to get it from the mystery egg. If you're doing a Rock type too, then Slugma (macargo) is great early on. Shell Smash will improve him greatly offensively, and make him a sweeper. He's relatively cheap from Game Corner too. If you don't want Slugma then i suggest Camerupt. It can almost sweep Florinia, Shelly, Corey and Shade. Dugtrio is a good gound type as it is probably the fastest one you'll get early on. Trapinch (Flygon) is fast too, better moveset, typing etc But until then, dugtrio can be a suitable substitute. It's also got decent overage with Sucker Punch and Night Slash (how the hell does dugtrio slash?).

Tauros can jump over Ledges on the Route fyi... You'll need to go east until you reach a cliff and south until you reach a maze. then you'll be at the next gym I think Fern tells you that there is a gym at the castle, but it's not exactly clear, so many people get really confused here

Use the honey on the trees, wait some time and a Heracross or Pinsir will appear. Heracross will destroy the webs, and Pinsir will destroy the logs. Usually, when you clear them you you can ride a Tauros down the path to get to a destination. Honestly though, you don't even need to to the honey puzzle to progress in the story. Its used for the Icy Stone for Glaceon? (not sure, but it unlocks a part of the mountain), Heracross/Pinsir, Joltik and the glasses. Otherwise, theres no point in going through the Forest, and you're just wasting a lot of time.

I think he may have used the Fire Stone for Simisear. But fire stones are obtainable through mining, with luck. Meowstic F can be replaced by Gardevoir too (as i see you're training one up already) Roserade is great, with Giga Drain, Toxic (Spikes), 90BP Hidden Power. Very good overall, but doesn't learn many good poison moves (Sludge Bomb Tm isn't available). Without Graveler/Golem though, you lack a good Rock Type move user (as the first Rock TM is obtainable at the end of E15), and Rock is good for Bennett's Bug/Flying teams, not to mention future Fire and Flying type gym leaders.

Just asking if i can work for this Ame guy.
wytch_doctr replied to aGoodCabinet's topic in Reborn City
Firstly, "This Ame guy"? -.- Anyways, I'd be interested to see what you can come up with. If you look in one of the Graphics folders for the battle backgrounds you can find all the Field backgrounds (assuming you haven't already.) If possible maybe you can put a picture in this thread? cause I'd like to see what you can come up with It's always interesting to see what the community of the game make, and maybe it could even end up in the next release. Like custom shinies which were mostly made by the Reborn community. And i'd also like to improve my own spriting skills, so this could be a kinda learning experience ;3 -
Table is in one of the apartments in the bottom right of the room. The bookshelf is in Serra's house, in one of the upstairs bedrooms (bottom left, go up the left stairs and turn right)

Just purely based on looks, my worst 5 are: 5: Mudkip Mudkip is adorable, Marshtomp is a little on the ugly side, and Swampert looks cool. But Mega-Swampert? Ugh. Those arms just look horrible. If he was on all fours it'll be acceptable.... but ugh. 4: Bulbasaur I love Bulbasaur. It's just so damn adorable. Ivysaur begins to look more cool than cute, but Venusaur... I really can't blame GF much for it, since I have no idea about any other possible sprite, but it just looks too damn fat. And Mega Venusaur is basically the same as normal Venusaur. 3: Cyndaquil This is becoming sort of a trend. Cyndaquil is adorable, hands down the best Gen 2 Starter there is. but.... Typhlosion on two legs doesn't stand well with me (pun not intended.) I'd prefer him if he was on all fours and stood to attack, instead of vice-versa. 2: Tepig Another trend. When tepig evolves.... Ew. Two legged pigs just look so.... egh. Emboar looks better, as he looks kinda powerful but it just doesn't flow well. Heatmor looks more like Tepig's evolution than Emboar... 1: Chespin Chespin is brilliant. But WHAT THE HELL IS QUILADIN. I swear, chespin takes on a Caterpie - Metapod - Butterfree Evolution, except for the fact that Chesnaught looks like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. GF, please. Why. (I hope Clemonts Chespin doesn't evolve in the anime. PLEASEEE)

Is he holding an everstone for some reason? Otherwise I'm not exactly sure.

From what I remember you just have to follow the only path available to you. No need to backtrack, although once you have made the first loop you have to try and exit the Forest to access the next areas. After that it should become easier.

Use the little picture icon (under the colour chooser) and enter the URL of the gif/png of the Pokemon you want. A good website for this is here. Also, if you need, a spoiler is [ spoiler] image/text [ /spoiler] (without spaces) Have Fun -
Talk to him multiple times to get Ralts

As does Camerupt. Squadron looking pretty fine so far Grotle (F): Twiggy - Impish w/ Tackle, Curse, Absorb (useless), Razor Leaf IVs: 17 HP, 30 Atk, 31 Def, 14 SpAtk, 21 SpDef, 24 Spd and Shell Armor (take that, Serra) Onix (M): Uni - Impish w/ Curse, Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Stealth Rocks IVs: 20, 22, 30, 28, 14, 14 and Weak Armor (Sheer Force when evolved) Numel (M): Fergie - Calm (meh, will change later, not the worst) w/ Focus Energy, Magnitude, Flame Burst, Growth IVs: 16, 28, 14, 26, 25, 11 and Own Tempo (will change to Simple - Solid Rock when evolved) Just moved on to Obsidia. will fight Victoria right now. UPDATE: Maybe using Flame Burst in the rain wasn't such a good idea. Makuhita took out Fergie (after ralts was killed) then he went on the paralyze the damn Onix. Then I remembered that rock was weak against fighting. Oops. Anyways, It ended up as a 1v1 Pignite V Twiggy and thank god for the rain, as Twiggy(bae) lives with 1 HP. You go, girl.

Aha. that must be it. Found the Numel now. Thanks
-
You find Growlithe after doing the Police Station quest, and a fire stone at Pyrous Mountain (available later on in the game, aka very, very soon)
-
Huh. well, It's sure as hell one evasive Numel. Stormy and not there yet. Lemme check. Stormy and Numel is supposed to be next to the Train Station?
-
I might also keep Blizzard on Mamo, just for Charlotte's field. Mamo's SpAtk THAT bad but Icicle Crash would be many times better. Anyways, got that Onix from the Hiker fella. Do you have to get Numel during the day or a thunderstorm? cause It's raining atm and he ain't appearing. (or is it after the PULSE?)
-
I also find Mamo to have too many weaknesses. Mine had Thick Fat, but why doesn't Ice resist anything other than itself? Its annoying to almost someone and then they just pull out this supereffective grass/water type moves and kills Mamo
-
With Mamo, I think Icicle Crash would be necessary because Ice Shard is barely strong enough. Anyways, I already passed the factory, and taking on julia soon. I think missing Razor Leafs are gonna be a pain though.
-
Didn't realise if I only had 1 poke during the factory raid then Fern wouldn't do crap. Well then.. Twiggy evolved into Grotle. Woot! Hell Yeah!
-
I dunno. Every time i saw the totem pole on that save the Elgyem was on the bottom. maybe its like the Egg and is set per save. But golett did shift down when i killed the Elgyem though. Fingers crossed I get Golett or Baltoy for this mono... Anyways, about to fight Fern. Twiggy's Tackle may be the saving grace here. EDIT: Kicked Fern's ass. Snivys Wrap did more damage to me than anything else combined... but mkay. Twiggy(bae) is now Lv16, Tackle, Curse, Absorb, Razor Leaf
-
I thought it was 3000 coins. I guess it's time to find that Voltorb flip guide. Anyways, I thought about using a Nidoqueen, but I guess Nidoking is obtainable earlier. I don't know if he did sand attack actually. Maybe once, but the rest were Howls Also for Golett, I did it on my second save but got an Elgyem, and then the Ill-Fated Doll was used up, so i dunno.
-
So, I was just walking down the Peridot Ward when I saw this nice chap named Hotshot Seth. I took out his Stunky, and in the middle of beating his Poochyena... Twiggy decides to miss Tackle, literally 6 times in a row. Like damn. Yeah, grinding? maybe not. Whiscash does too. Dunno how being forgetful helps your SpDef but hey, it works.
